This was my second visit, and once again, my experience was nothing short of amazing.

When I called during the day, I spoke with Yesenia, who kindly confirmed that my health insurance was accepted. That was a huge relief, especially since I was in a lot of pain and didn’t want to drive around needlessly. Both Yesenia and Jenevive were polite, helpful, and attentive as I prepared to see the Nurse Practitioner.

The NP (I’ll get her name later) was incredibly knowledgeable and had an excellent bedside manner. She made me feel comfortable and never once made me feel judged, even when I mentioned that I had gained 20 pounds and was struggling with my weight again.

When I arrived, there were three patients ahead of me, but I was still taken back in a timely manner. My time with the NP was not rushed at all, which made the entire experience feel personal and thorough—something I haven’t always encountered at other clinics.

The room felt a little warm, though I think that had more to do with how I was feeling at the time than the actual temperature.

From the quality of information provided to the cleanliness, timeliness, and service, I give this clinic a 10 out of 10.

DO NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING THEY GIVE YOU WITHOUT BEING CLEAR ON THE COST/WHAT YOU SIGN.

Went in for a knee injury. I actually thought I was finally being provided decent care after having reservations about whether it was even worth getting looked at, how poor service is at urgent cares and about healthcare in general.

Well, they gave me a brace and didn't say a word about it costing anything. At one moment I was glad I actually sought care and that it was actually worth coming in. Next thing I know, I'm getting a bill for $450 (!!!!!) for a knee brace I didn't even use.

Apparently I may have signed something about the brace at the end, but they never were upfront about anything and never said a word about what I was signing. (Just some paperwork.) They knew exactly what they were doing.

Lesson learned: healthcare in this country is a scam (including this place.) It's nothing but a vile system that preys on people who need care and takes as much money from them as possible.

In network with my Blue Shield insurance and Hills Physicians medical group, which allowed for a small co-pay. Easy to get an appointment online through their convenient app. Also have an option to upload insurance card prior to the visit, but I opted to do it in office and it was seamless. For a clinic type setting, I expected a much longer wait time although my son had an appointment. But we ended up waiting only about 15 minutes to be called to the back. The medical assistant was very pleasant and wore a smile on her face. The doctor was knowledgeable and she took care as she examined my son‘s ankle. Another nice surprise was that they had the availability to take my son’s x-rays on site which I did not expect! From start to finish this visit was very smooth and convenient. I would’ve given a five star rating, but gave a four only because it was freezing in the treatment area, and I felt like I was inside of a refrigerator! Next time I’ll bring a throw blanket ha ha. Bottom line: Great office, smooth scheduling process, knowledgeable staff, And I almost forgot - very clean facility. 😊

Unbelievable, I brought my neighbor and I needed to be seen also we got there like at 10:34 AM before I was finished signing us in they called me to come into the back. They had to wait on me. The service was perfect. Both Dr professionals were so good. The nursing staff was wonderful. We’ll go there again for sure. Thanks for good time when we weren’t feeling really good

This was a great experience for me. I spent very little time in the waiting area before being called back to see the doctor! The staff was very friendly. My physician assistant was amazing and very knowledgeable! A good experience! I would encourage anyone looking for urgent care services to call or make an appointment online. You won’t be disappointed!

I will say that being able to make an appointment online is a big reason for the swift service we have received each time we come here. The site is clean, the service was polite and the staff showed legitimate concern for our health. Will continue to use them for our urgent care needs.

Everyone working here from reception, nurse and doctor were fantastic. Walked in and was out within the hour. While I hope I won't need them again, it's great to know they are right around the corner if I do!

You end up waiting over one hour 15 mins to almost 2 hours by the time you are done. even when you have an appointment. There is usually one PA that’s doing their best. The business model is for profitability, but not patient friendly. I have gone here a few times and have never seen a medical doctor.

I had reaction to the antibiotics. I left a message. It’s been over 3 . No one has called me back.
