Appointments don’t mean anything. Walk-ins will still be seen before you. If you have a lot of time to kill then this place is fine. If you’re in a rush, I recommend elsewhere.

Edit in response to owner’s reply: I sat in the waiting room (with a baby) for 45 minutes after arriving 10 minutes early for the appointment, as instructed. Watched every walk-in who was there before us get called back. And once we were finally called back, we were done in under 5 minutes. Just seems like the appointment wasn’t necessary at all. Also, in my experiences, babies usually aren’t left in waiting rooms for any length of time due to having weaker immune systems.

Had a great experience at Carbon Health! It was easy to book an appointment, we were seen right on time, and the doctor was thorough, professional, and explained everything clearly. The whole process was smooth and efficient. We’ve had consistently great care every time we visit—highly recommend!

First time being at this urgent and the service was excellent. The front desk person was knowledgeable and friendly. The pre nurse was excellent in making me feel comfortable before the doctor came in. And the doctor was fast, effective and had empathy. Hopefully I won’t be sick often but if I do get sick this will be my first stop. 🛑. I was referred there by another Soldier that went and loved the service. Next time I will be sure to get names. But all three personnel were great!!! Thank you urgent care.

Easy to find, ample free parking, new open pleasant reception area, friendly receptionist, able to make a quick reservation so didn’t have to wait but a few minutes to be seen. Assistant was nice as was the doctor. Doctor was very pleasant and explained everything thoroughly and asked pertinent questions. They called in my prescription to the pharmacy of my choice. Was very pleased with the entire experience. Would highly recommend this urgent care.

If you're in need of urgent care find your way here! The comforting waiting room and the pleasant, efficient receptionist, let you know that this will be care w a personal touch from start to finish. The skilled PA and the care is first rate. My wife and I have both been patients here and each visit has been comforting, problems accurately diagnosed and the experience altogther pleasant. This is a wonderful clinic and we're very pleased we found it.

Update from my visit on 10/10:
Since my visit Carbon Health is trying to bill me an additional $20. So let’s recap. I paid $40 co pay. They billed my insurance $92. And they are requesting an additional $20 from me. Total:$151.41. So if you want to be charged $151.41 for you to be told that they can’t do anything for you besides tell you some nasal sprays to buy. they won’t even write it down. Also, if you try to call their billing department like I did and waited on hold for over 14 minutes to speak to someone and then the call just dropped.
Seriously how these people can just take my money after offering me no service or solution. and there’s nothing I can do about because they have my card on file. And I can’t get anyone on the phone from their billing department. Beware of this place.

I’ve been fighting a bad cough and heavy phlegm for 2 months and just when i started feeling a little better my ears started plugging up. I can’t hear anything out of my right ear. So I made an appointment here since I do not have a primary care doctor yet. I waited 45min in the doctors office to have the PA come in and tell me to try nasal spray. That’s it…even after I told her I tired a variety of nasal sprays and nothing was working. She suggested a few and did not write anything down for me and sent me on my way. so if you want to waste time and money come here. The PA will tell you nothing and charge your insurance and copay and send you on your way. Oh and she said if it doesn’t work (her advice that I’ve been doing for 2 months already and have had no results) come back and see her so I can waste time and money again. I mean I know US healthcare is a joke but this PA takes the cake.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and fast. Paperwork processing was equally easy and quick. A very short wait time before seeing a PA. My wound was treated carefully and efficiently. Their office was nearby, clean with a very pleasant staff.
