This was a complete waste of my time! The worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office. I was in the room with the PA for no more than 5 minutes. Was told there’s nothing she can do I asked if she can prescribe me something for the pain and she responded “no”, knowing I was in excruciating pain. I will never come back here or even recommend anyone to this facility. It was also very hot in the office.

I had the ultimate pleasure of being assisted by Teni at the front desk of Carbon Health, and I can't say enough about how amazing she was. From the moment I walked in, her warm and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home. She has a unique ability to blend professionalism with a personable feel, making me feel like we were old friends. Teni also has a knack for sprinkling in witty, light-hearted conversation, which made what could have been a routine check-in feel more special and personal. Her combination of humor and helpfulness made the entire process enjoyable, and I genuinely left with a smile. It’s clear she cares about making each patient feel valued. She also can’t pronounce the word “Irish Wristwatch”, but I’m sure you can’t either if you are reading this!

SUPERIOR, FIRST CLASS
This morning I thought I might’ve broken my wrist and went to carbon health in Woodland Hills on Ventura Boulevard. I can truthfully tell you not only was the entire facility spotless. The people were considerate, they took me exactly as to my appointment time. Dr, Assts, all organized, smart. I would have to tell you that this is by far one of the best if not superior urgent care facilities in our area.
Would recommend and trust them without any question whatsoever.

We were seen today for stomach flu of our child. The staff, nurse and the PAC were wonderful. They listened to our concerns, answered questions, were not dismissive, and provided us with good advise as well as bedside manner. We were very happy with our overall care experience. I drove 2 HOURS to get here only for them to turn me away because I just missed a cutoff time that I was completely unaware of. I have documentation stating I could get my screening done up until 7pm, but when I get there, the Asian lady at the front desk who was not only unprofessional, but also incompetent wasn’t the slightest remorseful and claims it’s their policy. Never again.

Update: online it says it takes 15 minutes to get tested but not true. our appointment was 4:30pm but we were seen at 5:30 BUT the PA Natalie was amazing and worth the wait. She was kind, knowledgeable, and did the right tests to calm our nerves. She even redid a test when we had anxiety about if the first test would be accurate.
