I would strongly advise against visiting this care clinic, as my experience here could have resulted in life-threatening consequences.

Veronica, the person who administered my treatment, displayed unprofessional and dangerous behavior.

When I asked for a nurse to provide information on the medication I was about to receive—because Veronica clearly didn’t know what it was—she became visibly upset and gave me attitude. A kind nurse eventually came in to explain, but Veronica returned, clearly angry, and administered the shot.

Days later, I experienced severe symptoms and called the clinic to report them. I ended up in the ER, where a physician informed me that Veronica had hit my sciatic nerve during the injection. If the shot had been administered any higher, it could have left me paralyzed.

This level of negligence and lack of professionalism is unacceptable, and it puts patients at serious risk. Please think twice before trusting this clinic with your health and safety.

Be prepared to sit in a waiting room for an hour. They give priority to some clients, and I don't mean priority for emergencies. Receptionist won't listen to or address your concerns and respond with superficial platitudes. I would have rated this a 1 star, but doctors and RNs only are great.

The people that I have been granted to work with ... well.. I cannot say enough about them all! They are a 5 star group! Every one starting with my Dr..Dr. M. Alcouloumre! She is amazing! My life is in her hands and I could not have been more fortunate. Everyone at CARE is terrific, the entire staff from the nurses, the appointment people manning the phones, the ladies who get everything I have needed from my insurance company, to the people where I have blood drawn! Everyone is just incredibly professional and caring! I guess that is where CARE comes into play!

I have experienced strangely lack of empathy or care my son was referred there n out nm of the total 12 months care we still have no support all talk n no show we still don't have any housing facility or any rent support or any n other assist as assistance of any kind where is all the fund allocated n who is benefitted we have not has anyone,

the clinic is so decent, the professional demeanor of the provider( Dr. Christine G) is very suggestive, the nurses there are extremely nice and thoughtful, especially Ms. Veronica. She is very observant and detail oriented and guide detail things you might involved.

St Mary's emergency should be a shame of themselves for leaving my 73 year old Mother in the hall way for over 4 hours my poor mother is crying. Because the nurses are walking past her as if she is not there for help. Thought st marys was better then that to treat a 73 year old woman like they are is disgusting. It's been 5 hours in the hall way

Some do something for her pain....
