This was my second visit within two months. I was so sick, could barely breathe. They took me to the back immediately and gave me two breathing treatments. The secretary up front helped me check in because I was so weak. It’s scary not being able to breathe. This was yesterday that I went. The Dr. prescribed all the right medications. I had 6, but as I type this I can tell you I’m feeling so much better. Not 100%, but getting there. Lastly, my nurse was so kind and sweet. I will always return to this location if needed. I strongly recommend everyone who’s sick and wants to feel better asap, this place is a must. The Dr. also rushed my prescriptions which was major for me, because my pharmacy takes so long, so that right there was bonus. Thank you to all the staff. I greatly appreciate you!

The staff at this location is A+ number 1 rated ! They all know me be name (unfortunately too many visits) and I am always greeted kindly and with a smile on everyone’s face. The wait isn’t long - they are very efficient. And something nice about the staff, when I am waiting in the room, I can hear them laughing and enjoying each other too. It is a happy place even tho it is for urgent care.

Great service. Fast and affordable. Easy check in process by their tablet and registration process by phone. Very accommodating and makes patients feel welcomed. Will be back if needed.

Walk in end of the day. Felt terrible. The staff was very friendly and helped me to register. They had access to my physician records and prescriptions and were able to treat me with prior treatments and prescriptions. The nebulizer treatment was a huge relief. If I need Urgent Care I would definitely go back.

I've been there twice – first time the doctor was nice and listened to me, very helpful. Second time I had a nurse practitioner who refused to call me in the antibiotic I told her works for me for sinus infections and instead insisted on a Z-Pak and wouldn't budge. It's well known that Z-Pak's are not recommended for sinus infections and there is high resistance to them but she told me to take the medicine she prescribed -even when I called back to ask again to switch to Augmentin which is the usual prescribed medication. That's disappointing and made the trip a waste of time because this antibiotic won't work- it's frustrating when someone won't listen to you about your own body and what you know works for you. This was not a difficult request and in fact the first drug of choice for most . So I'm still sick until I can get in to see an ENT in another week and a half.
I wish the front desk staff had a bit more patience for people coming in not feeling good.
The office is clean and well decorated, very nice for an urgent care- need to mention that!

The staff could’ve been more helpful. I came in with the flu along with my son who’s 13 years old. They wanted me to fill out insurance info and it seemed like that was their main concern. When I was done with my appointment I just needed to lay down on the bed that my insurance paid for until my ride got there. Now I can understand if there were a lobby full but there wasn’t and they made me get up after only finding out it was 1 person in the lobby. They didn’t ask to see if my son was sick and I was too sick myself to even tell them he could possibly have the flu as well.

The staff and Dr were really nice and professional. Didnt have a long wait. Was in and out. I always come here when I can't get my kids pediatrician appointments. They do an awesome job with kids.
