I am a patient of Doctor Sultan going on three decades.
We are working together to help injuries I received from a terrible accident... and correct the mis-management I received from other physicians during that recovery.

Doctor Sultan worked all over the world, and has enormous experience to treat with the intent to cure.

This clinic must be SHUTDOWN! THEY EITHER DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MEDCEN OR THEY'RE PLANE SCAMMERS!
My boyfriends kept coming here after he want the Mercy San Juan cross the street ER. and start seeing Dr Sultan for almost a year! No result! kept descript him medicine that didn't improve him at all! then trying to sale him NEW MEDICEN THAT DIDN'T WORK EITHER EXCEPT ITS $300 A BOTTEL! THEN WE JUST DECIEDED TO STOP COMING HERE! then had a friend offer my boyfriends Aloe juice! and helped him a lot with his pain for over 6 years! one day He decided to him the gym and got a trainer! His trainer right away tell my boyfriend had an obvious energy issue! and told him that HIS LIVER IS TOXICATED! and need to change his diet and that would improve his condition! and it didn't but not fully recover! then he good in accident and his chiropractic to get some massages! and that helped him too! but his massage therapist asked us about his condition and help us figure out how to cure my boyfriends from his FATY LIVE CONDETION! with flushing his liver! Now after 11 years my boyfriends got cured! No thanks for Dr Sultan or this scamming clinic!

Very compassionate kind caring listening to the problem and find the appropriate medicine, Controlled drugs such as benzo and narcotics are disease menace to society, this doctor will refer to you someone who can help you in that department, otherwise, if I can I would give him 100-star rating because of his diagnosis and help solve problems. I have family members that come here from London because of my uncle's poor health and in just two days he was healthy as a horse as for me I couldn't be more proud or happy to have him as my doctor.

Simply very Poor Service. ZERO Stars.
Do yourself a Favor and look for another Doctor.
This office runs on ink and paper. Nothing is digitized. They don't follow up with patients wellbeing or keep track of referrals they issue and tests they need to recover. If you want to waste your $, time and have a headache taking care of your own health instead of your doctor then go here.✌
