I must say that my experience was a great one. Felix was the Technician that came to introduce me to the equipment. He was prompt and explained everything thoroughly. Felix walked me through every step, answered all of my questions and explained everything in great detail. It actually made reading the manual that much easier. Great Instructor!

Felix was extremely polite and considerate.
He called ahead of time to ensure me that he was on his way. He was incredibly informative on showing me how to use the CPAC machine. He took the time to ensure that it fit properly and gave me instructions on how to clean and maintain the equipment. He was so invested in making sure the mask fit was correct and that I felt comfortable with it. Felix made me feel less apprehensive about wearing it. I appreciate how much time he took to explain and demonstrate all aspects of the machine and mask. Excellent customer service from Felix.

What a nice guy Felix was! Very thorough and very attentive to my concerns and questions. Explained the functions of the machine to my satisfaction and showed me how to use it and explained all maintenance required. It was a pleasure to deal with Felix!!!

Phenomenal Service from Josh, he brought me oxygen equipment months ago when I was in trouble, even the 10 lite machine wasn't enough. Josh picked it all back up today with a big smile on his face after my successful double lung transplant. Great guy really appreciate him.

I have had only positive experiences with Care One and my contact person there, John H. I've not had an easy time adapting to my cpap and then bipap machines and the masks involved. John always and very patiently helped to make everything work better for me. Although I have had only minor contact with other members of the staff there, they have shown themselves to also be very customer satisfaction focused and eager to help. I can't recommend Care One Home Medical Equipment too strongly.

INCREDIBLE CARING COMPANY, from Jalisa (customer service) who explained what to expect & patiently answered all of my questions, to Felix (in home technician), to Dustin (I believe a supervisor) following up, we had a wonderful experience with my husband's new CPAP machine delivery. It is very easy to reach a live person quickly and on every call. Felix explained things in a thorough and patient manner, making sure my husband, his home health aide and I all understood and demonstrated that we understood how to use the new machine and mask. A new state of the art machine was delivered which far surpassed equipment we had received from prior companies. Felix checked and rechecked to make sure my husband had the proper size mask. He spent an abundance of time to explain many valuable features and details about the usage and proper care of the new CPAP machine that had not been explained by a prior company. This company covers all 5 boroughs and has staff on call over the weekend should it be needed. I will be switching to Caring One Home Medical Equipment for my personal future supplies as well. This level of care and professionalism is hard to find.

I was able to go in person and met John H. Who was soooo patient, knowledge and kind to explain to me how the machine works and such. Even after for refills he is extra careful and kind. Im impressed with the level of care and I’m glad my doctor referred me to them. Thank you!
