I don’t understand why the reviews are so bad 🤷
I had a great visit today. The short hair lady at the reception was so friendly and helpful. The doctor and nurse were all very nice and friendly.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I also will come back here for my Annual physical examination next year. It’s a great place.

I used be their patient for couple of months, I think they really should pay attention about the staff’s training. The person who responsible for the referral, she kept make mistakes, and her attitude is just so bad, she delayed my appointment time for at least 3 months, horrible. Never deal with them again.

So horrible! Google map show the business time is 8:30-5:30. I call for make a appointment, someone answered the phone, but she doesn't accept the appointment, let me call back after half an hour, then, I call at 9 o'clock, the same she doesn't accept the appointment, continue to let the call after the half an hour. I can't understand they open the door at 8:30,a.m. but it doesn't solve the problem.

KEEP YOUR RECORD FOR EVERY VISIT HERE. These people don’t keep record of anything! Any records they need from previous doctors it’s on you because they can barely keep up with their own records. Even though this is the only place my one year old has gotten shots at they NEVER have her record right. Nightmare, it was just the closest clinic to us at the time:/

Fix the answeing service greeting. I called this morning at 9 am the answering service picks up to tell me to call during the clinic hours 8:30 am to 5:30pm. I called yesterday at 5:24 and the clinic was already closed. The answering service answered to tell me they closed a few minutes early. So they never open before 9am but it is ok to close before closing time.

Best nurses staff they are professional and i have never wait long. Always quick help. Been taking my daughters here for over 9 years and cant be happier. Place is clean. Docts answer questions... Thanks
