My partner went 2 weeks ago to get a new job related drug test. We found out today from the ppl trying to hire him that this clinic never sent the results. Now we're still waiting to find out what happened to it and whether he's gonna get this job or not. 2 weeks!!! Ridiculous

I got there right at 8am as a new patient needing their urgent care services. After filling out the forms, I was quickly shown to a room and tests were done. It did take a while waiting for the results, but that is to be expected and I brought a book. Got a shot and RX and was on my way by 9:15am. Overall, not bad for urgent care walk in service. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Did not enjoy my experience. I used to work at an urgent care and that is not how you treat patients. Still have not gotten my results almost 48 hours later

What should have been a one hour visit for a sinus/eye infection turned into a 5 HOUR ordeal. It took 3 hours to see the nurse practitioner. Then they messed up my medication, which took 2 MORE hours to correct. I've used Care Plus many times in the past, and it was good. After this, however, I will never go back.

Loved the fact that they were open on Sunday. Had a quick visit with my son for an ear infection, but they completely ignored the fact that we told him he’s allergic to penicillin. They refused to call him in another prescription without us making another visit to the clinic when they were the ones who messed up. Now I have wasted money on something they knew he could not take, and having to go buy Benadryl to take care of the hives they caused him to have. I guess I should just be thankful that he only breaks out in hives with penicillin and I’m not having to call 911 because he can’t breath. This kind of incompetence could kill someone.

If you have kids, don't bring em here! That was my first mistake.The way they pulled my sons legs up and jerked him back on the bed and held him down was absurd and very unprofessional. When I called them out, they called CPS on me with false allegations that I slapped him in the face. Wasn't true, and the video footage in the lobby had proven otherwise. They also made up other lies stating my son had bruises, ect. Again, no findings. Not a single one had mask on during Covid either. Very unprofessional and needs to be shut down!

I don’t know why this place has such bad reviews. I needed a Covid test, drove up there yesterday, parking lot was full so I called them. They told me they weren’t accepting anymore patients that day because they were already at a 4 hour wait time but told me she could schedule me an appointment for today. My appointment was for 8am. My son was told at work last night he needed to be tested because someone at work had tested positive so even though he didn’t have an appointment I took him in with me as a walk in. We got there about 15 till 8 and both were done and out of there by 930. We would have been out even sooner but since we had neither one ever been there before we both had to fill out new patient paperwork and there was an issue with my insurance so I spent probably 10 minutes on the phone with the insurance company. So if you’re complaining about the wait time, call and make an appointment. It goes so much faster that way. I tested positive. They called me in 2 prescriptions to my pharmacy. I left there and drove straight to CVS in Albertville. Both of my prescriptions were already filled and waiting on me. I am very pleased with our visit today. The staff were super friendly and we were in and out in a very timely manner despite their heavy workload at the this time.
