My husband was a client about 4-5 years. At first Care Plus was recommended by the VA. The care giver came for three days a week for 4 hours. She was in charged of watching my husband while I did errands, fed him lunch, cleaned up and changed him if he soiled himself.
At one point the VA hours were not enough. I needed 24 hour care because I had surgery and needed 24 hour care for 12 weeks.
Care Plus came through! The caregivers were in charge of all household duties and taking care of my husband and myself.

Both my Mother and myself were very pleased with all of the Care Plus Providers which provided assistance during her two week recovery period. She liked all of the individuals and commented on how comfortable she was with them. They were nice, professional, knowledgeable, great cooks and willing to accommodate her needs and requests. My parents have been clients of Care Plus Providers for over 2 1/2 years. By a stroke of fate, we were assigned to 2 amazing 24/7 caregivers. I worried about who could care for my parents better than me, but found the answer with T and C. They are proactive, attentive, cook wonderful meals and give lots of love. They treat my parents as their own family members. They have exceeded our expectations and are the reason I can be a daughter instead of a caregiver.
In 2022, my father passed away peacefully at home. T prayed over him and helped with the situation that I know I would not have been able to handle myself. T and C did as much as they could to assure a dignified transition for dad. I will be forever grateful for that!
Now my mother in the last stages of Alzheimers and again, I am in awe of how C gives my mom a life of living instead of just existing. I remind myself several times a day on how incredibly fortunate that these young ladies came into our lives. They will be family forever!

A few weeks ago, I was looking for in-home assisted living services. My neighbor recommended Care Plus Provider and introduced me to her care giver, Marissa. I started working with Mark, Operations Manager, to setup an account with Care Plus. I found him very responsive and knowledgeable on how Long Term Care (LTC) insurance works. With Mark’s help in dealing with the paper works required by our LTC Insurance company, we were able to start receiving services from Marissa. We love working with her. All and all, we give Care Plus a five stars for their services.

Care Plus is the best agency our family has experienced. Our dad is a fall risk and needed 24/7 care. Not only did the care staff treat our dad with dignity and respect, but they kept in constant communication with changes or adjustments to his care, and took extensive notes.
