I have had such a good experience with Care 4 Us so far. I am not the best at remembering my appointments yet when I realize I missed it, they have no problem scheduling me in somewhere. They have a tiny office but I do most of my check-ins over the phone. Very polite and understanding people

I worked with KC as my provider for about 3 years, and she is no-nonsense and kind. I would recommend her to anybody in the Worcester area, she took my issues seriously and I felt like she really cared about getting me on the right meds for me. The only reason I switched care is because I moved out of the area!

I worked with KC for a couple years, and I constantly had problems. She would wait days to fill rxs, then give me a partial refill. She NEVER returned phone calls, even when it was a crisis situation.
She would cut me off Rxs, (leading to dangerous withdrawals at times,) and insist I wasn’t taking them correctly. Anything she did wrong, or overlooked, was always MY fault.
In the end, she told me she couldn’t work with me anymore (and when I was struggling more than ever), because I needed a “more thorough program placement”… but gave me no referrals, no real suggestions or advice.
As a mental health professional, you owe it to your clients to provide whatever help you are capable of giving. A lot of us are unstable, and to basically be told I’m too much to deal with; that’s a crushing blow to someone like me. For shame, honestly. At least TRY to care.

I have been seen here for over a year now and have experienced fantastic service every time. My practitioner, Kelechi Job, has been great at helping me find an appropriate medicinal regimen for my Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Depression. Right now, for COVID, they are doing telehealth appointments which have worked great. It is always easy to get ahold of their office and they return my calls very quickly. I appreciate the clear care they show for each patient and the dedication they have to their work. Definitely a great choice in the Worcester area!

I've been going to John for a few years now and he's been very receptive and follows up often. He helps me with my anxiety and insomnia/night terrors. The medications he has currently prescribed me have been working and I'm satisfied with his service.

I honestly can not explain how thankful I am that I found Care4Us wellness specifically my practitioner Kelechi Job. She legitimately cares about her patients and consistently goes above and beyond regarding their care. It can be so difficult living with anxiety and depression and her obvious dedication and kindness makes such a difference. I recommend Care4Us Wellness center to anyone who is looking for a competent,caring practice.Honestly you won't find better care.

!!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
I have never been so frustrated in my whole life as I have been with these people. Having to pay a lot of money out of pocket towards an insurance deductible can be very challenging and this office doesn’t seem to care about that. Every 90 days I need my scripts refilled and they require that I have a telehealth appointment in order to get that which lasts two minutes and consists of them asking how I’m doing and I say the same and they say ok here’s your meds. Well now I’m on new insurance so this last appointment was $200 and they wouldn’t bill me for it they made me pay it in full before my appointment so now I have to pay $200 every 90 days for a 2 minute telehealth appointment or they refuse
To give me my meds. It’s WRONG. I’m going elsewhere immediately.

They are the BEST!! I had transferred to them after many years with the same doctor (recently retired) so this is a huge change for me. They are very understanding and they don't judge you the second you walk in. They ROCK! 10 stars 🙂
