I had an extremely disappointing and disheartening experience at this urgent care facility. From the very beginning, the nurse practitioner Rose was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of providing care or showing any empathy, I felt like I was being scolded for seeking medical attention. Her attitude made me feel as though I was being treated like a freeloader trying to scam the system, which is both insulting and unprofessional. For record, my insurance card and credit card were on file.

I visited the clinic due to a combination of symptoms, including a headache, stomach cramps, and diarrhea. Despite explaining my concerns, I was told that because my symptoms were only one day old, they couldn’t diagnose anything. She simply stated it might be viral (which would heal on its own) or bacterial (in which case I should see my PCP). This response left me questioning why I even bothered going to urgent care in the first place if this was the level of care provided—and why I was being charged for such a dismissive consultation.

What made matters worse was her lack of thoroughness during the examination. She didn’t use her stethoscope, check my lungs, eyes, or properly examine my stomach. The "examination" consisted of her briefly touching my stomach area over my sweater for about 4 seconds before declaring that I was fine. It felt rushed and careless, leaving me with no confidence in her assessment.

Adding to the disappointment, there wasn’t even a simple acknowledgment like "feel better soon" or any words of encouragement. This lack of basic kindness made the experience feel even colder and more impersonal.

During our interaction, she mentioned that urgent care is typically for conditions like pink eye, minor cuts, colds, and coughs. This raises serious questions about why they accepted my case in the first place. Stomach cramps and diarrhea are generally within the scope of urgent care services, yet I was treated as if my symptoms were outside their expertise. If they knew they couldn’t help, they should have informed me upfront instead of wasting my time and money.

The situation escalated further when my friend and I expressed our disappointment to each other as we were leaving. The nurse practitioner overheard us saying "whatever" and aggressively confronted us. When my friend shared that we felt dismissed during the appointment, she responded by pointing to a "no tolerance policy" sign and threatened to call the police on us. I was shocked—what kind of healthcare professional threatens patients in such a manner?

This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and unwilling to ever return to this facility. I would not recommend this urgent care to anyone seeking compassionate or competent medical attention. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, care, and empathy—not hostility and indifference.

Just left urgent care. I think Renee was the person who saw me- not really sure since she didn’t introduce herself when she walked in, I assume she’s the NP. She was very dismissive and I felt rushed. She was also really, heavy handed- she kept checking my ear and kept pulling the instrument from the wall to grab a cover so the chord, naturally kept getting tangled in my hair or hitting my face. She then felt around my face and neck- very rough, after I mentioned my head was hurting. She has no bedside manner. Idk if it’s because it was late in the day and I was one of her pts but, left really disappointed. There’s another NP who’s lovely, but this provider must be new.

Felt dismissed when sharing concerns about my child and her symptoms. Was told no rsv testing was available, and even if it was that they wouldn't test her for it. The NP said regardless of the result, only supportive care would be needed, which of course I can understand. I also wanted an x ray to rule out pneumonia, as my child suffers from RAD, and her cough, fever and other symptoms had worsened. I was told she did not want to expose her to the x ray machine as she is young, that it would be too early for pneumonia, but that it would be my choice ultimately, (my child is above the age of 6 for reference). Was told to wait 3 more days of fever and cough to return. Every exchange felt extremely condescending. As a parent I would never want to expose or demand any testing on my child that would be harmful or uncalled for. The point is not if you can do anything about it, its about knowing the root of the problem, being on the look out for worsening symptoms related to the virus and taking appropriate care. Keeping in mind exposure to siblings, grandparents and peers as well. I would like to say that I had a great experience with the medical assistants. They were kind, caring and empathetic. I would recommend visiting the sister location in Easton, they have always been lovely there and this includes all the staff.

UPDATE: MY DAUGHTER HAS PNEUMONIA. Thanks for nothing...

Nurse practitioner is extremely rude and dismissive. Does not listen to concerns or past history at all. I get chronic sinus and ear infections tried explaining this and that I see a specialist for it. It’s late at night so specialist is not open went here for quick relief since I know the issue (legit happens every month) and was dismissed and told to come back next week if I still feel this way and was told the way my doctors have been treating my condition is wrong. Very rude and unprofessional.

Rose-Marie K is the rudest most unprofessional person. The rest of the staff was normal but she needs to find a new career. I will never go here again even if there is just a slim possibility she might be there.

I had a terrific experience at this location. I was greeted in a friendly manner and walked through the intake process. The staff was very kind and patient. I only had to wait a very short time to be seen (no more than 10 mins). The Nurse and NP I saw were both fantastic helped me tremendously. They were very professional but had great "bed side manner" and I appreciate that quite a bit. My visit overall was thorough but didn't take too long and didn't feel like I was left waiting around.
I'll absolutely be using their services again and would recommend them to my friends and family.

I had a great experience at this location. I was greeted in a friendly manner and walked through the intake process. The staff was very friendly and professional. I did not wait long at all. Less than 10 minutes. Both the nurse and NP I saw were both fantastic. They were very professional and had great "bed side manner- explained my symptoms and was very sympathetic. My visit overall was thorough but didn't take too long at all- not rushed at all. Thank you.
