This is one of the worst clinic in Miami Dade county!
I used to be a patient in this little clinic they call a Medical Center and if you feel like you do not care about your health, then do go to this place!! They have no concern whatsoever about the patients!! All they care about is getting the money from the Insurance and the hell with you as a patient! The New owner , called, Amber is a scam artist! Please, please, take my word for it, I have had to file a complaint with my insurance company and I got the hell out of there!! You will thank me here someday!

I changed PCP and they are playing with my health because they are refusing to provide my new PCP with my Medical records and I took the first step...that is to file a complaint with the State of Florida Health Department and unbeknownst to them my next step is my attorney to file a lawsuit! Folks, stay away the hell from this place!
The owner named, Amber and the receptionist named, Dolly are incohoots together to scam the clients and deny services. I left the clinic because of never letting me know about my results and they got pissed off and played around with my medical records and never gave them to me. They claimed to my insurance and my new PCP that my records along with others had been lost on their move to new location. They moved because they were forced to move for non rent payment and the Doctors and other various employees had not been payed in over a month so they employees walked out on them.
PLEASE, PLEASE< STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU KNOW WHAT IS GOOD FOR YOU!

I've called my primary care office 6 times today, to return a call from Amber about the tests I took and she has never called me back.
Not very reliable if you are looking.
I'm changing.
I never had this problem when I lived in Ocala.

I don’t write reviews unless it’s a good experience, but this place is so horrible I feel obligated to warn others of how terrible this place is. I wish there was a no star rating bc they don’t even deserve a star. I imagine any good reviews they receive are from the employees. The most unprofessional people I have ever come across. The lies, the frauds, staff not wearing masks. The list goes on, and on but I don’t have time for that. Just stay away from this place. I can’t imagine any other medical place being half as bad as this place.

I had the best experience at Care Cross Medical Center. I was feeling so sick but the way I was treated by front desk staff and medical professionals had me feeling much better. They are a very caring group of individuals and very efficient as well. Didn't wait long and got all my meds onsite. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of primary and urgent care services.

I REALLY LOVE THE WAY THEY TREAT PATIENTS IN THIS PLACE. MY MOM IS NOT ONLY A NUMBER LIKE OTHER CENTERS. I READ SOME BAD REVIEWS BUT IS LIKE FOR EVERYTHING, COLORS AND FLAVORS ARE NOT FOR EVERYONE. I NEVER HAD TO WAIT 2 HOURS TO SEE THE DOCTOR AND I KNOW THE OWNERS OF THE PLACE, VERY NICE AND HONEST PEOPLE. ALL OF THEM WORK VERY HARD TO SOLVE ANY NECESSITY THAT COULD HAVE, THE WELLNESS CENTER IS GORGEOUS.
I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 100% TO ANYONE IN NEED OF A PERSONAL CARE AND SERVICE.

I was new to the office and I did a walk in was told I would have to wait a while. But it wasn’t a long wait at all they were very professional and attentive. The doctor was very attentive to my needs and made sure I got all that I needed to get better. So far I love this office.

Very bad clinic if anybody has gone to this clinic please I recommend to call your insurance and see what they are charging your insurance they are doing a lot of fraud here they are making appointments but Not telling their patients And charging the insurance the Visit that you never even been to Also ask for your medical records they gonna give you hell to give you your records but please ask for them... double check tell your families and friends to help you out To Go through your records and call your medical insurance Please don't let this please take advantage of your love ones We open an investigation and you can do it too. we have Proof and of people who have worked there that have videos and recorded conversations of what they are doing

Tbh this is the best clinic I’ve ever been to, the staff is very nice and help you out on pretty much everything. The doctors are also great and they take the time to explain and be resourceful. Thank you!
