Amazing independent pharmacy! Truly a rare gem. So refreshing to be treated kindly at a pharmacy after using Safeway pharmacy for so long. They are delightful and considerate. They filled my new prescription in minutes. I am so glad I found CareLink. I would highly recommend it!!

Lifesavers! Like when I say they go beyond, they go beyonddd. They’ve gone so far as delivered my medicine before and I felt so bad, but it helped so much since I was too sick to drive. I really appreciate them. I’ve even recommended them to people around Rossmoor and at least a couple of my neighbors are now going. The owner is an angel! The staff are wonderful too. I will always support this business.

Love this place. They give the kind of personalized service we always used to get in the US, but which is so rare these days. After the first time I went in there, I was recognized and called by name. They are informed, pleasant and efficient. I am so happy I found this place rather than going to yet another chain. And, their prices are no more than any chain, so you are not being charged for the kindness and service. Very happy with CareLink Pharmacy and highly recommend.

Unfortunately my small pharmacy that I loved Royal Pharmacy just went out of business. I thought I did my due diligence calling CareLink twice to see how they operated, and then again to make sure they had a particular medication on stock. I was told they did have in stock, could fill, and that I could transfer over some of my other prescriptions. Based on this, I had my doctor fax prescription to them. They then refused to fill prescription because it is a controlled substance but said in the future I could with with them if I transferred over my other prescriptions (my other prescriptions are not due now). Since no one told me this ahead of time, I was left stuck trying to get a hold of my doctor last minute call in the prescription elsewhere. I feel I was not given accurate information upfront, and it leaves me in a very difficult situation. I very much loved the ease of dealing with the small pharmacy, Royal Pharmacy and am frustrated and disappointed tat CareLink seems to be giving me the same run around, headache and bad service that I would find at CVS or Walgreens.

Strongly recommend. They're caring, remember my name, answer phone immediately & rarely have more than one other person in store. Moved into area & tried Alamo CVS for 6 months but pharmacy staff incompetent or untrained. CVS systems so screwed up always had to wait 40 min on phone before talking to person. Faster to drive to CVS & wait 20 min in line if I have problem. CareLink runs efficiently because that's all they do. If you're sick or can't get out they'll deliver for free. If they're not close enough, find another mom & pop place. They're out there & they'll compete for your patronage.
