About 3 wks ago; Went in for behavioral health issue, (Depression)at the suggestion of my nurse friend. Thinking the Dr. would prescribe an antidepressant to get me through this time of year,(Holiday )and be off. I was seen by Primary Care Dr.,told I’d be referred to Behavioral Health.
Well ; I m still waiting. It’s been over 3 wks!
I was told it would take about a week for approval. I either got over looked, denied or forgotten!
I still have not received anything in the mail. But I bet they received payment for my 5 minute visit, to be told I’d be referred to BH.
So if you have serious mental health concerns, and need regular medication, this isn’t the plan for you. I will be reviewing my Healthcare options.

I have been a Caremore client for over a year and I'm very happy with it in ever respect. Everyone is friendly. All of the staff are efficient and I rarely wait more than 10 minutes to see my provider. Caremore approves all of my referrals and in a timely fashion. I don't know why anyone would post a negative review.

Family members moved out of state. We have been trying to get medical records sent for 4 months. We can't get into a new provider until they have records. This is beyond ridiculous! Next phone call will be to the Arizona Insurance Commissioner.

They have a great program called Nifty after Fifty. They have a series of eight resistance exercise machines. They also have training classes for balance and regular exercise programs for groups. There is also a physical therapy site, by appointment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is all part of the Amerigroup Health System.

Excellent care because Caremore really cares more about your health andcwell-being. Its just not their Bame or tagine but an attitude and an approach to their health care delivery.

My brother is constantly having problems getting his refills. He called today and they told him the Dr never signed his orders which was over a month ago. Very dissatisfied

Can not always receive a timely response and have to go through a phone service before being able to talk with office.
