This place needs to be investigated and shut down. My brother was sent there fir physical and respiratory rehab and within12 hrs, my brother had to be sent back to the ER. To begin, he arrived at the Rehab a little after 2pm by ambulance and it took almost 2 hrs for a nurse to go in the room and check his vitals. The place is dirty and don't get me started with the staff. They are rude, useless and incompetent. They didn't begin my brother on his antibiotics till after 11pm and when the nurse put the IV it should have been on slow drip and the machine wasn't working so she left it in and forget to come back so all the antibiotics went in all at once. Now he woke up and he was in so much abdominal pain that he was rushed back to the ER and now has Acute Pancreatitis.

This place is ghetto. There are spit loogies on the walls. The walls are dirty and scarred by mobilize devices. I know horses that can count better than the kitchen crew for patient food trays. The CNA staff are bullies. This place used to be awesome. Since 5 years this place has suffered neglect. Rehab somewhere else

My wife was at Careone Redstone east longmedow MA back in late December to January 5th they have the worst care ever , I went to visit my wife everyday from 7am to 6 or 8pm. she was in dirty briefs 75% of the time at times i would ask if they could change her briefs , she would be sitting in fiecies from 1/2hr to as long as 1 1/2 hrs. They gave me every excuse why they were unable to clean her up ,,from their with another patient, we're short staff their passing out food and so on ,As far as PT went they got her up twice and put her in the wheelchair that was it , I asked what her schedule would be for Physical therapy, never got a direct answer from the PT people. I went to director of nursing and ask about PT and how they left my wife in chair She said she would get right on it. NEVER HAPPENED! On January 5th in morning was visiting wife when a CNA came in to clean her up CNA said stool in briefs didn't look right very dark, she went to get nurse, nurse then made a video call to Doctor explaining to him what the stool looked like Burgundy in color and that night staffnew about it the night before. He ask her to take a picture and send it to him , she said they already thru the briefs away. He then recommended that she be sent to hospital right away. Needless to say my wife had internal bleeding. I could go on and on with all kinds of nightmare stories. I wouldn't send my animal to this place. If you have a loved one who needs help beware of Careone Redstone E.LONGMEDOW . Staff has no compassion for patients very rude 😒

I don't know where to begin! Our experience with CareOne at Redstone was absolutely wonderful. My 89 year old father was initially on the rehab floor, and subsequently moved to longterm care floor. From the nurses, to the CNAs, to the aides, to OT and PT........everyone was amazing. The entire staff of the facility took very loving care of Dad. Always attentive, as he was a fall risk. Always accommodating to his needs and requests. Always respectful, even when he was in his cranky moods.

This once curmudgeon man very quickly became the sweetest, smiling, happy guy.......I attribute 100% to the staff at Redstone.

The facility was always clean and well maintained.
Special shout-out to the busy administrators -- Hands On Every day!

What's not to love with Redstone!

An absolute horror show.

My father was there in January as he was near death. The CareOne staff couldn’t have been LESS SUPPORTIVE. They seemed more concerned about kicking our father with Lewey Body Dementia out and back to the hospital than providing him any actual care. Not only that, but they required around $5k up front, for a couple days, then took months to reimburse us for it.

Fast forward to today. My wife’s mother is there for rehab. It is the same story. Aids and Nurses are nowhere to be found. Upon pressing the help button, 30-45 minutes goes by to no avail. Staff avoids eye contact, lets your fragile, parent, on the edge of deaths door, sit in their own feces and urine as if to say, oh well. Then, God forbid you ask for someone for something like a spoon. They have the actual audacity to roll their eyes at you.

If I could give a negative five stars it would be too few. This place is an absolute horror show. Do not place your family here if actual care is of concern to you. You will regret it.

My dad was there for almost 2 months. Came out a completely different person. Starting from the receptionist, PT, nurses and the managing staff, I couldn’t ask for better care. If my dad needs any rehabilitation in the future, I will ask that this facility be his #1 choice.

I was there for a month after surgery, this is the worst place to ever go. The food was almost always cold and it was not even food I would feed a dog. If you need help please do not ri.g the bell because it takes anywhere from 10 min to an hour of waiting before some comes to see you. And the lack of checking on people who need to be changed because they can not get up on their own is awful

Avoid at all costs sending your loved one here. They’re treated like the opposite of which. Poor care and standard hygiene practice is put on the back burner. Send your loved one here if you want them to pass away with minimal to no dignity.
