I don’t recommend them if you don’t double check what they charge you when you go for a visit to what the insurance company saids you should pay start now . I found out 3 weeks ago I was over charged so I called was told to call the one in Anniston even though my. Visit was in Oxford . I told them to mail me my over payment to this day i haven’t gotten it and when I called back to check on it I was put on hold for the girl to come back and say it will be mailed tomorrow,when I asked her why it wasn’t mailed already she hung up on me.

If I could give this company / facility a 0 stars I would they can’t accommodate you to the right department and I’ve been trying to figure out my results for a the past week now. It may be understanding because they deal with old people , but fact of the matter is customer service is not good .

Medical staff was professional and very courteous. Showed concern for my health issue. The only thing keeping me from giving a 4 star rating was the fact that even though I have BCBS health insurance I had to pay my total bill instead of my copay and have my services filed with my insurance company. Don't know if this is the normal practice.

I went to go get help for my chronic anxiety and panic attacks and shaking asked if they had a doctor there that could prescribe axiety medication. I have a very stressful job. I called over the phone 3 times asking if they were open and they said they can take WALK INS ins on TUESDAYS. So I re-arranged my whole schedule just to go see them, get up early when I have night time job. The front office lady with brown shoulder length hair, told me very rudely if I wasn’t a patient there that they weren’t taking any new patients even though over the phone they said they were taking walk ins. I really needed help. So tell me front office lady if your job is not to help people, what are you even doing with the job like this one? Go work somewhere else if you don’t care about your job or to help the people there. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

I went having fluid in my lungs and signs of a horrible respiratory infection. He kept asking what I wanted treated to which I said everything. He asked me to be more specific so I explained some of my symptoms but he kept prying into my mental health instead and trying to prescribe me meds that I had said I didn’t want. After everything, he never even phoned in the antibiotics he originally said he’d write for my respiratory infection.

Everyone was very kind! Please keep in mind it is a business, they will try to up sell you on some test while taking vitals. (Up selling is the nature of the beast, they have a right to do it too) I simply said let’s wait and see, there was no pressure after that. I am a mother of two and some times money can be tight. They were very understanding and the nurse practitioner was very patient with my questions and really helped us decide which options would be more budget friendly and help her figure out what is going on with my daughter. I am very thankful for their kindness and understanding. Every where else I called was double or more of the cost and you would still have to pay for anything extra. I couldn’t give them all five stars because it was a very very long wait. But... While we were waiting they accommodated my sleeping child to make her as comfortable as possible. It’s not the fastest place but they are very thoroughly caring for their patients. You ladies were amazing. Thank you for helping us! ?

I was a walk in and private pay. This was my fourth time in there in 7 years and 2nd bad experience. I was asked this time for a deposit, never on previous visit. Was there for 2 hours, at intake they never took my temp but it was on my paperwork that they did. My temp when I got home was 99.8 not 97.9. My past history showed conflict in information and that I had a tonsillectomy there in 2013, when in fact it was 1969 that I had one in another state. I never saw a Dr, just a NP who stuck a tounge depressed in my mouth and nothing more. Pain level was never discussed and samples that she promised I had to ask for. Care instructions on paperwork was inaccurate since I only had 1 script ordered. Was over charged for entire visit. Staff was not overly friendly and receptionist kept spraying Lysol. I will most likely be going to another Dr today because I barely made it through the night with pain.
