This was my first time visiting this facility and I was really impressed. Being that I was a Walk-in person, the wait time was not long at all. Alex Roberts was the Physician Assistant who took good care of me and I want to personally tell him that the medication he prescribed, I got immediate relief when I got up this morning and thank you because I have had this pain in my left ear for over a week and what was prescribed by another facility was not helping the problem at all. Thank you Alex for being very attentive to my needs and resolving the issue. 👍's up to you!

Front desk was wonderful. Provider Cherisse Mabe is incompetent and did not test me for the only concern i had going in. Instead i was treated for things i did not have. Told 2 different answers on my lab results. I come back since nothing was working and im expected to pay to do the test that was supposed to have been done in the first visit. Another copay of $180. I am still with an active infection just trying to get help to feel better. And then to talk about me in the other room like i was not there? Lovely. Couldve said what you said to my cace but instead you had your sweet fromt desk girl come out to tell me. Which i feel like violates some sort of confidentiality. As now my medical business is being discussed through another person rather than doctor to patient. I will not be coming back.

Very friendly on the phone, easy to make an appointment. Upon arrival for my appointment I was responded to in a timely manner. After checking in (excellent idea using IPads), within a few minutes I was invited into a private room. Vitals were taken with friendliness and told what to expect next. Michiko Miller, APRN came in shortly thereafter, providing me with the information that I needed for my care. She was nice, friendly and very professional!

The staff was nice and friendly the doctor make sure that she explained everything to me so that I understand it clearly it was nice and clean in the waiting area and I was in and out in no time I appreciate that I will be letting friends and family know about this facility so that they can try it out for their self whenever they need that service thank you all for the good service that you provide to me when I was there

Front desk was very nice upon check-in. My wait was not long at all maybe 5 minutes upon arriving and Dr. Alex Roberts was extremely professional and compassionate. He answered and explained all my questions about my situation . VERY HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENCE.!!!

Husband needed stitches, 13 to be exact. They were unprofessional and fumble around in confusion. The nurse cussed when she could find things, no sutures kits or clamps, didn't bother to clean wound. I finally said you can't do this ? They said, we can't and sent us to care spot in deep Mandarin, they were great!
