I went in for a painful infection. They have a ‘reserve a spot in line’ system that’s easy to use. It doesn’t promise you that you’ll be seen at that time and they are clear about that. I had to wait about an hour and a half to be seen. The nurse/doctor who saw me were reasonable and helped me get clear on what I had, how to treat it. I think overall the experience was just fine, nothing above average here though if that’s what you’re looking for. 3.5/5

The provider and staff were very nice, but its reservation system needs a change: I booked a 2:20 PM appointment but ended up waiting for almost TWO HOURS on a Tuesday afternoon, despite no visible emergencies at the clinic.

If the clinic doesn't have enough doctors available, why schedule multiple patients for the same time slot? This creates unnecessary frustration for patients who could have used that time for childcare, work, or other important things, instead of sitting and waiting indefinitely with no clear estimate of when they'd be seen.

If I come again, I'll definitely bring water and snacks to prepare for the long wait.

I’ve had mixed experiences here. Went once and had a good experience, got diagnosed correctly and don’t remember much more (which in my mind is a good thing). The second time I went I was seen by Rita Ho, who was incredibly condescending and dismissing of my symptoms and suggested that I simply needed to moisturize more to treat a full-body rash that developed after taking antibiotics. She referred me to an allergist and then proceeded to forget me in the exam room for 30 minutes without sharing the results of a diagnostic test I insisted upon. I’m baffled that a doctor would treat someone this way.

Very long wait but understandable as my case was pretty minor. If something is an emergency, the ER might be better. The PA was kind, helpful, and explained things well—I appreciated him. All in all I was there for about two hours.

Great care, caregivers and staff were great. Queue estimates were way off. A better tool for "how long do I have left to wait" would have been welcome. It took two tries for my prescription to get to CVS and I was almost delayed by a day because of it.

Wait time wasnt super long in the morning. Got called in. Had my vitals checked by a nurse and then waiting about 10-15 minutes for the doctor to come into the room. After that 5 minute chat with the doc about my allergy symptoms i got prescribed meds and went on my way. In total i spent about an hour there and got my problem resolved. Thank you!

I recently went in to have a two-week respiratory infection checked out; my wait time was extremely short (on a Monday at about 4:30pm), and everyone I interacted with (front desk, the nurse who checked me in and performed an EKG, and Rita Ho, the FNP who saw me) was extremely kind, thorough, and helpful. Really appreciate everyone there and would definitely visit again.

The care was excellent as I was seen by an assistant first and then a PA. The assistant was very personable and interactive positively. The PA was very friendly and diagnosed my eye infection quickly. Unfortunately there was an extra long wait because of a medical crisis that happened before I was seen.
