My 91 year old mom fell and got a nasty cut on her arm. We went to CareWell and the PA, Jeremy McDowell, did an excellent job of stitching her up. He was friendly, kind, patient and very knowledgeable. He made a bad situation into a "not so bad" situation! The Xray tech and nurses were all amazing too. I highly recommend going there.

Great experience - very fast and as equally thorough. I’ve felt miserable for a couple weeks and received a diagnosis within minutes and a prescription for meds to help. The staff is extremely friendly and comforting. So glad I came in.

This was my first visit to Care Well. The woman who checked me in, was very helpful, friendly, & professional. As I was a walk-in, the wait was long, but I was informed I could register, go home, & they would call me when there was an opening. It was nice not having to sit & wait. The PA, Sukie, was great, as were the other staff members. Very kind, & considerate.

Diane and Tracy were both incredibly helpful as I scrambled to get a doctors note for my daughters school. When I didn't have a fax number, Diane suggested looking up an app that a past patient had mentioned they downloaded to receive a free fax. They saved me a 1hr drive round trip just by offering such a simple suggestion, especially with my daughter not feeling well!

The rest of the staff that handled my daughters care were also extremely patient and kind when we went in!

My little one was very sick, and it was pretty late. It was almost 8pm, most urgent cares were closed, and it was few minutes left to their closing. I was skeptical that my little one will be received, nevertheless I tried. Surprisingly, they took my little one in; didn’t rush but, treated my LO with much care.

When my little one was sick another time, I took my LO there again, and they really did take care of my LO. I am so impressed at the quality of service received at CareWell.

I recommend this urgent care to anyone seeking urgent medical care.

The gentleman at the counter seemed to not understand how to enter my insurance info on my card, claiming that the format was incorrect or that it lacked some information. I am insured by a reliable vompany and i have been using the card wothout issue for years so this made no sense to me. After waiting a half hour past my appointed time and with them not accepting my insurance I decided to leave without recieving treatment. The waiting room was completely full, with people waiting in the breezeway. Disappointed at the service recieved at the desk.
