Terrible customer service and long wait times for no reason. Once I was one of the 2 patients and they made us wait for more than 1.5 hrs with no info. I think they are understaffed and do nothing to address it. Another time I provided the feedback to the front desk person and she proudly told me that the doctor was able to see me in 1-1.5 hrs of my appointment time which is great...what am I complaining about. I now drive down to Waltham AFC which provides much better service. I'm surprised at how generous other reviewers have been for this facility.

CareWell Urgent Care / Lexington is a well staffed urgent care facility. The receptionist was extremely helpful with my scheduling needs. Also, the staff is very kind and patient. In addition, my test results for a seasonal illness were delivered in a professional, expedient, and confidential manner. Therefore, I would highly recommend CareWell Urgent Care / Lexington.

The front desk and nurse and PA were very friendly, and professional. The PA explained the reason for her diagnosis and gave me a printout to share with my doctors.

I was seen promptly on NYE & had enough time to get my prescription before the pharmacy closed. I had been seen once 5 years ago at this facility. I would have given more stars based on the providers but the facility looked a little run down (but clean) compared to my visit 5 years ago.

This does not reflect on the quality of the care givers but it would be nice if the owners refreshed the facility furnishings and paint. A nice well maintained facility gives patients confidence.

The overall experience was good, the staff were polite and friendly. The only issue was the wait time. I registered online ahead of time and scheduled an appointment to avoid having to sit there because of the weakness. I ended up sitting & waiting there for over an hour before the provider could see me. I was feeling extremely weak and had no strength to sit, the wait time only made it worse for me.

First experience with Carewell. Got scheduled for an appt the next morning, saw a PA, got some prescriptions for my kiddo, good to go. Staff was friendly and professional. Would go again for my family!

The reason if this review is not to harm the business but to help the management take things under the control. To start with I called for the appointment they told me they cannot see me the same day yet online I saw they had multiple appointments. When I told them that I see appointment ones they told me then I cna go ahead and book for myself. When I went there the NP did not even check my through, nose or ears just the chest and said all is good. They tested me and my mom negative for the flue. Next morning feelers same symptoms even worst I went to a different Urgent care where they took a proper testing and I was positive for the flue. However unfortunately at this point it was too late to take the Tamyflue as the medication helps only the forest 24-48 hours of the first symptoms. Not only they did not properly examine me, their tests were not accurate and to start with they never wanted to see me to start with. While I was waiting to be admitted there was another costumer who walk in and the answer of the receptionist was that if you do not have an applicant we are at the capacity for today. While she set this sick person home I was checking their website again as they have done the same with me earlier and I insisted that I see online availability, and yes they did have openings online. I hope the management will read and will take things under the controls as this is the only urgent care in lexington and I would like to stay in town and not go to Burlington for professional care.

Brought our son in today for a sore throat and possible ear infection, wait was long but staff was very pleasant and professional. Male nurse at the front desk was super helpful when we had issues filling out paperwork. Definitely would return to this location.

Great to be able to book in ahead of time! I was able to go during my lunch break. Staff was friendly and helpful and luckily, it wasn't a very busy day. Will definitely keep them in mind for future needs.
