The doctors have been great. Even when I had complications, they have been helpful and comforting. But the reason for the 3 stars is the front desk. Wow. Why do you have someone so off putting greeting patients? She has blond hair and a nose ring, I didn’t catch her name. Jaina and Dr Andrews were both my primary care doctors and they have been great on the other hand

Nothing negative to say about the staff but when it comes time to draw blood at this place be prepared to wait. The first time it was around 10:45 and the person who does the blood work was not accepting any more people (maybe bc her lunch is at 11:30). I decided to go again a wk after and this time around 8:45. It was prob going to be like a one hr wait and I cant wait that long just to get some simple blood work. I have never been to a clinic where it so complicated to get blood drawn and due to this i am prob going to change provider.

I am not satisfied.
I tried to call in to make an appointment for the next day since I had already been out of work for 3 days and the weekend prior, and preferred to actually speak with someone to schedule. When I called, the automated system was very adamant about scheduling online and mentions some perks. I continued to wait. It then gave options to speak with specific doctor’s receptionists, I clicked each one and they go straight to vm.

I ended up booking an appointment the night before online for next day services at 11am, pretty easy process and only took a few minutes. I showed up at the office at 10:40am to Check in with the receptionist.
She then tells me that she couldn’t find my appointment anywhere and asked how I booked it. I let her know that I booked online last night and their only availability that worked for me was 11am. I offered the confirmation email or text message that I received, she declined.

After a few minutes, she was able to locate my appointment and said that they did not have a chance to see if they had any availability internally for my appointment at 11am. What the heck does that mean? I asked her if there was an error on my part when booking the appointment so I know how to fix it in the future. She said no. All she told me was that they check in between calls on the appointments that come in online and that the next availability would be 11:40.

I asked what does anything they do internally have to do with me? I made the appointment correctly and was ready to be seen. She did not give an answer and just asked if the time for 11:40 worked for me. I said that I got there 20 minutes early and now I have to wait a whole hour to be seen What’s the point of scheduling online then She said unfortunately the doctor had other patients ahead of me and could not get me in sooner.

So I stayed because what choice did I have and was called back around 11:35. They took my weight and led me to a room in the back. The lady(not receptionist) told me that the doctor was still busy with 3 other patients before me and that I could at least wait in the room. 10-20 minutes go by and I finally see the doctor… for 5 minutes, no joke. He was not personable at all and did not really seem to care that I was sick. More so that it was a “checklist” for them and that they were trying to get on to the next patient and get me out. He told me that I had a sinus infection and bronchitis, wrote up some meds for me and sent me on my way. I mean is this medical care now? I was sick for almost a full week and that’s the care that I get?

I didn’t get any information as to why my appointment for 11am was not acceptable and why I had to wait an hour just to be seen. I had an appointment. I get that things run long sometimes and there needs to be room for error, but for a whole hour? I’m not that generous with my time, especially when I’m sick. Not to mention my doctor that didn’t even really feel like a doctor to me. The staff was really just not personable with their patients from what I saw and I am not sure I’m coming back to this location if I don’t feel taken care of.

This place has gone severely downhill – after multiple appointments and copays x rays and ct scans and still not being able to find what is going on they referred me to a rheumatologist. I made the appointment and then a week later I got a notification that they referred me to a different rheumatologist. I tried to schedule an appointment with that specialist and they told me they don’t not accept my insurance. I decided to find a new provider, but unfortunately will not be able to switch until later in the year.

Feeling like I had no choice I booked an appointment online recently because the pain is pretty unbearable and I don’t feel like I can wait until December. They called me after I made the appointment requesting a $20 balance on my account(Their machine was down the last time I was in) before I can be seen I needed to deposit the money into my account before I pay them so I told them I would call them back. When I tried to call back, I sat on hold for 15 minutes and nobody answered. I did have to get back to work so, I assume that would be able to pay in office for my visit. However, that was not the case they canceled my appointment. Just overall very unprofessional in my opinion. I’m sure there’s better practices out there.

I really liked Dr. Whitten, unfortunately she is doing a concierge type of service now. However the front office and billing are horrible.

I came in for an appointment made online and the receptionist said I was an hour late and would need to reschedule. THEIR OFFICE called me the day before to change the time on my appointment. Fortunately I had a text confirmation of the time, no apology.

Recently I needed an appointment for a UTI and made an appointment online. I got a voicemail from their office saying they cancelled the appointment due to an unpaid bill. I called the office and they couldn’t find the amount owed! A month later I received a bill from September 2023 (it was now July 2024). I saw the doctor a couple of time between Sept. and now and nobody ever said there was a balance due.

I came in today as a New Patient to establish care and saw Jessica Laflion, PA. She was very pleasant and personable, She thoroughly went through my history and addressed my concerns/medications. I was able to get my labs drawn quickly with the phlebotomist from SQ in office. The front office staff and MA were friendly and made me feel welcomed. I am pleased to have this office for my primary care needs.
