If I could give this Carle location 0 stars I would. By FAR the worst Carle I have ever been in. There is one front desk lady who is always rude and acts like you are a complete nuisance even walking in the door. Very unpleasant environment, especially for someone who is ill and needing assistance. I will never return to this location and as a matter of fact I will start going to Sarah Bush down the street like this front desk lady recommended I do last time I walked in moments after walk-in hours “closed”.

I’ve come here for years with all three of my children and Kelly just proceeded instead of getting my son scheduled for the appointment he needed to argue with me over missed appointments and how many times THEY called and cancelled on me! Very unprofessional! I’m going to see about getting all of my kids moved over to Sarah bush I have NEVER had a problem like this with them it Carle was just more convenient for us at the time!

I’ve been taking my baby and myself here for checkups and any quick labs for convenience since he was born and I am fed up!! I’ve attempted to schedule appointments and I don’t hear back, they constantly bug me about things I don’t want to go through with. They told me they would refer me to a new pediatrician and that isn’t happening until December and that started in APRIL!!! And if I go in and get a lab they will intentionally not call
Me with results after telling me I will have results in the morning and I won’t get called back until I call THEM and request my results and sometimes even then they will not call me back after I’ve called twice. I also had a positive pregnancy result a few months back and when my boyfriend brought our son into an appointment, my doctor told him I was pregnant when I had not told him yet and ruined the surprise! That is a HIPAA violation! This place is slow, rude, inconsiderate, the front desk woman is ALWAYS putting people on hold even when she is not busy. And when I tell them I have to schedule something they will tell me no instead of doing the referral like they’re being asked. I’m DONE with this place. Very displeased with them ESPECIALLY lately!

Receptionist was very rude when I was trying to make an appointment. Argumentative and unprofessional. I saw good reviews about a doctor here I wanted to see but if she is going to be answering phone calls I’d rather go somewhere else.

I was out of my medication that I have been taking for over 2 years and requested a refill. Dr Peddy said he would not refill my medication until I did blood work. I refused the blood work so he stated he will not refill my medication. I can understand if he said I no longer want to be your doctor if you are not going to get the blood work done and give me 5-30 days of medication. But he just does not care and could care less that I will be going off of this medication cold turkey which could result in death. Maria the nurse also was very uncaring. As I was there complaining she had a smirk on her face the whole time. The only reason I could see to not give someone medication that they need for at least 5 more days would be because they want to exert their power. Dr Peddy and Maria the RN should not be in the medical field. I requested a call back from the management there and never received a call back. If you want someone that really cares I would not go to Carle Tuscola.

I find it very easy to make timely appointments at the Tuscola clinic. Medical staff and office staff are courteous and professional.

Walk in Convenient care isn’t available until 1pm. I was told this after we had walked in at 8:45, I couldn’t find anywhere that this was stated which would have been more CONVENIENT, before I took my sick child there. Onto SBL Convenient care.
