Went in to have a wart on my foot (which I’ve been actively fighting for a year) addressed. The doctor walked in, completely dismissed me, and began to tell me a story about his wife’s “horrible friends.” It was unbelievable uncomfortable. He then said he would rather just have me keep fighting my issue with over counter medicines and sent me on my way… it was the most bizarre and unprofessional experience I have ever had.

Six months later and I’m still losing this battle, I will need to seek out another derm for the care I should I received from the start.

My wife was just in the office for a follow up appointment. I wanted to go in with her so that two of us could hear the directions from the Dr. But we were told that they are following strict Covid restrictions. I said ok. But then my wife was told that not all of his staff have been vaccinated. This was not only very surprising it is inexcusable. If they really cared about fighting Covid ALL staff would be required to be vaccinated. My expectations when coming into a medical office is that all are vaccinated. Their policies are hypocritical.

Its been over a year since my brevis tendon repair. My foot was numb in the area of surgery for quite some time. Slowly I regain feeling of my toes. I have no discomfort in my ankle and I'm please with the results. Dr Byrne answered all my questions and was very patient and easy to understand.

Dr Chris Byrne saw my wife Alice. A surgical screw was placed in her leg nine years ago by a different physician. This past week the screw came through her ankle bone out through her skin. Of course it was after hours on a Friday evening and Dr. Byrne called her back in a short time. He eased her mind and the pain looked horrific. Thanks to this Dr and his expertise he removed the screw, placed her on antibiotics and with the grace of god and Dr. Byrne she is on her road to recovering. THIS IS THE GO TO BONE SPECIALIST. REMEMBER HIS NAME DR.CHRIS BYRNE. The staff are warm and team players. If you need a bone specialist This is the place. Thank you Dr from myself and Alice for being so caring, thorough and efficient. Two stars for friendly support staff; That’s where it ends. Doctor didn’t look at MRI showing my broken foot and wanted me to go spend more money on an orthotic. He wouldn’t even address the second pain I scheduled the appointment for. Later I realized my paperwork said I only had a sprained foot. What a show.
