I have a love/hate relationship with them. They had some great employees (delivery drivers) and some not so great (those who answer the phones…. I’m looking at you here). The biggest issue that I have with them is reliable oxygen in the tanks. I’d say the majority of tanks were only half full when we got them. Some were on red! This almost ended in disaster, but thank God I had grabbed 3 for the road for some unknown reason. We were stuck in traffic and my Mom definitely would have tun out of oxygen. I started checking all tanks immediately afterwards. Carmichael’s RARELY filled the tanks. This is a VERY BIG DEAL. Make sure you check your tanks before leaving the store or as soon as a delivery is made. Video you removing the cap and checking for the first time so you have proof.

Very quick, friendly service. They did business directly with me instead of forcing my disabled mother to get in and out the car which is very difficult for her, no questions asked. They had the new cane she needed in stock despite the uniqueness of it.

When you purchase something through medical supply like a walker the roller Walker what insurance company do y'all use when you get insurance on the equipment I'm just trying to find out what to do about my mother's walker cuz she needs this so bad we just need it to be doing it's job right for her cuz I don't want her to fall down and I'm not there to help her get up

Refused to fax my information to another medical supplier because they don’t support there competitors. I never heard such a heartless claim by a medical company. Don’t go to this greedy company.

When my mom was on hospice, Carmichael's was consistently late in medication delivery...at times never delivered meds. I swore i would never use them again. Well went for a nebulizer for my dad & was greeted with rude sales woman. I turned around & said I would go elsewhere & she had a smart remark as if I did not have a prescription. So AGAIN I will NEVER go there. My dad's needs will be met elsewhere.
