Good emergency services, but appalling service for scheduled appointments. Scheduled follow-up ultrasound examination late by 25 minutes without a word or anything. And we're talking about paid service.

I visited this private hospital on November 12th, and overall, my experience was mixed. The facility is well-maintained, and the receptionist was welcoming and professional upon our arrival. The orthopedic doctor who attended to me was highly competent, conducting a thorough examination and demonstrating excellent communication skills, including fluency in English, which was a valuable asset.

However, my experience was marred by an unfortunate incident during the X-ray process. While I was in significant pain and clearly distressed, the technicians in the X-ray room displayed a lack of professionalism by making light of my situation. Their behavior, which involved mocking me while I was in discomfort, was completely inappropriate and surprising given the hospital’s otherwise high standards.

While the clinical care was satisfactory, the unprofessional conduct of the X-ray staff left a negative impression and affected my overall experience. I hope the hospital addresses this issue to ensure that future patients are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.

I came in determined to get an appointment and was scheduled to see Dr. Krakowski within minutes. He carefully explained everything that needed to be done, likely outcomes, recovery protocol, etc and I felt he genuinely cared. Super cool dude and even though my injury is hugely problematic I can at least be confident I’m in good hands.

Since having surgery progress to regaining my fitness and flexibility has been amazing. Marcin sets achievable goals, is exceedingly knowledgable and professional in his approach. I highly recommend Marcin in taking anyone through their paces back to health. A thoroughly excellent physio therapist.

This review is for the Emergency Centre. How efficient, respectful and helpful they were. I visited the centre on Sunday afternoon - it was busy- but people were "processed" quickly. My Polish is poor but thankfully the wonderful young woman on Reception spoke impeccable English and helped me check in. Dr Tomasz Szymanski who inspected my injury also spoke excellent English, explained everything clearly and examined me thoroughly.
I was asked to wear a face mask- I refused as I have an exemption - they respected this without question.
The emergency part of this Centre I would recommend.
The main Orthopaedic part - ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Good center. The doctor fully helped and demonstrated good expertise. Everything was done in a timely manner. The staff was always helpful.

Parking is a nightmare.
Trying to get a consistent and convenient physical therapy appointment is a challenge.
The current street and intersection construction makes it difficult and time consuming just to get to your appointment.
My Orthopedic doctor is great.

Excellent spinal doctors. Worth the wait. Notice to commentors: if you have to wait extra, it's because the doctor is giving additional time to be thorough with patient. Better than going to a less competent clinic, and needing multiple visits because they miss your root issues.

Coming from Canada's disastrous healthcare system, I feel blessed to have Carolina Medical as an option now.

Worth every penny! One of the best values in health-care on this entire planet.
