Front office, mainly one person, is RUDE BEYOND BELIEF!! It's her M.O and she definitely doesn't care. No one does anything about her despite complaints. Even if my PCP is effective, if we can't get past your front desk then we can't see you...we can't see you then our health plummet and you loose people...patients either way.

I wasn't familiar with the area and the entrance was super hard to find. So I ended up being 4.5 minutes late. When I tried to check in the receptionist immediately cuts me off mid sentence and says firmly "you have to reschedule!"

Why?
You spend at least 30 mins in the waiting room and another 45 in the little room waiting for them. They're never on time.
I got so mad that I won't go back there.
Not only was she super rude, but seemed to enjoy being like that. I don't need to be around miserable people like that.
So guess what Carondelet? You're a business providing a service!!! You have competition and people can choose not to spend money there! You're not a non profit agency and need patients to make money and pay your wages!!!! So keep treating us like garbage. See what happens!

There are a couple of ladies in there front that we've had issues with. Primarily with insurance. But the majority of those in the front office are very helpful. The Drs we've seen here are good.

Worst place ever to go. Dr left 6 months ago and they are with holding medication refills from me. Un less I go in and spend more money with them. You are just a number to them and they are rude unfeeling people at the front desk. Never go here.

The medical staff seems to be very helpful and effective.
