Great staff throughout the building. I am a nurse, and when I tell you their patient care is outstanding it means something. The administrative staff from the start of the appointment, to the nurses that I met there you are all amazing, and made me feel very comfortable coming to talk about issues that are pretty uncomfortable to talk about. And to Angela, you are the best DNP I have seen personally as a patient, and thank you for all of the help, and for listening to me about going through some tough stuff. I want to say I am sorry I missed a few appointments lately and that is totally on me, and I understand that policy is policy. But I just wanted to leave a very sincere review because without you guys I would be in a very bad place. Thank you all again!

Dr. Carr is one of the finest! He is kind, caring, compassionate, a great listener. He is the kind of doctor that many people want to have, but sadly, never get the opportunity to find a doctor of this caliber. He takes his time with his patients. Has an excellent bedside manner. Very calming. I Highly recommend Dr. Benjamin Carr.

Been using Taylor for years now. He realized I had been misdiagnosed for years and helped me to heal. Called him the day my mother passed away and he got me in the next day. Had another traumatic event happen and he returned my call and got me in to see him within 2 days because they care. If I could give more than 5stars I would.

This place us the worst "mental care" facility to have ever existed. They truly do not care for your wellbeing, they treat you like a number and make extra efforts whatsoever to provide care. I've made multiple appointments to see someone and they've canceled every time. If you just want drugs and don't have issues and are willing to wait 8 months for appointment, they're who you want. If you have any mental instability whatsoever, depression or anxiety, these people will make it 10 times worse. Stay safe and avoid them and go somewhere else for your own wellbeing.

Dr. Carr is amazing the ladies upfront though is ridiculous today made the second time iv had an appointment cancelled on me due to the lack of them not entering my insurance properly and they would not even tell me if I would be able to reschedule my appointment for next week sometime even though I have two left on my medicine they refused to ask if I could even get a prescription to cover until I can get another appointment. If I could get Dr Carr on the phone I would tell him about the attitude they have but I guess I will be waiting until my next appointment they wouldn’t bother to schedule

This practice was a Godsend. The office staff had to deal with non-stop calls with emergencies to the people calling, but compared to the list that they must prioritize maybe yours didn’t rank as highly as you would have liked. They are patient, professional and compassionate. I have personally witnessed patients treating them with very crass etiquette and yet they retained their composure which is more than I can say about myself in that moment. Treat people the way you want to be treated…. Period.

My experience was so bad here I'm embarrassed to even post it. Basically it ended when my credit card didn't go through, so I had to call the bank. I did so, took 5-10 minutes (in the office). After I had it cleared up the receptionist said that now I was considered late and Dr Carr would no longer se me as a patient and I could just leave. This was years ago before I had insurance so I'm sure this was just an excuse to excuse me as a patient because of my lack of insurance.

I see Angela, one of the nurse practitioners, and she is wonderful. I’ve enjoyed better mental health since I started seeing her six years ago. I’ve never had any problems getting refills or with the staff. Everyone is friendly. The staff also bring their own dogs sometimes to just roam around and get attention, which is fun for the kids. I have a serious mental illness that can be really difficult to treat but Carr Mental Wellness has helped me stay ahead of it. Highly recommended.
