Worst customer service. Sounds like their in a rush to get the call over with. Had to stop in twice and then i get told i was misinformed by their employee. 0 stars if possible. It's funny how they only respond to the good reviews and ignore the bad reviews.

Superb customer service and products. Purchased a Vive Upright Walker (great product) for my father in February 2023; we lost a few screws (June 2023) and called Casa Medical to see if they could help. I dropped it off midafternoon and it was ready the next morning, no charge. Monica helped me and she was sincere about being helpful. I will go back again to Casa Medical not only because of the products but for the A+ customer service. They are honest, kind, and sincere- our family members and caretakers really need that when going to purchase an item or asking questions about items. Thank you, Casa Medical!

This is the absolute best place to get medical equipment. I called in desperate need of a foot scooter and they delivered it the very same day! They were so friendly and helpful. And the foot scooter was very reasonably priced, sturdy, and of excellent quality.

I was visiting my mother who needed a few things to include waterproof foam dressings and a new blood pressure monitor. I stopped at a larger medical supply store and they didn’t carry the foam dressing. (They also weren’t very helpful at that larger store). I ended up at Casa medical on Viscount and am very glad I did!

I walked in and Bonnie immediately walked me to the foam dressings. I then mentioned needing a new blood pressure monitor since the sleeve on my mom’s current unit was far too large. Bonnie explained that I didn’t need a new unit, what I really wanted was a new smaller sleeve for mom’s monitor. Bonnie not only helped me select the correct size she also showed me what to do if it the sleeve didn’t correctly attach to the unit (it’s all about the “cap”). She said I could go back in the next day if it didn’t work as needed and she’d help me. BTW, the new sleeve attached to the unit as needed primarily based on her instructions!

I went back to the store the next day to get more foam dressings and she shared some more products with me when I mentioned why we needed them.

Bonnie is both only knowledgeable but also showed that she listens to her customers. Thanks to Bonnie I foresee returning to casa medical for medical supply needs.
