March 20th 2025 10:15 am. I was a client for approx 4 months. My 1st mental health counselor canceled on me 3 times in a row with no notice. There is 2 female receptionists. The one is older and extremely rude! She has been rude to me 4 times and slammed the phone down on me. Whoever she is. If you cannot act in a professional way with some empathy perhaps you should find other employment!

This is a great location to go to for your mental health. If you have a good amount of patience and get the proper people to see you, I went here for a few months before losing my insurance and unfortunately, they did not have very many resources to get me seen by the same person again without being charged an arm and a leg, And when I did finally get some kind of new insurance, they didn’t accept it when I was told prior by a receptionist that they do take it, my girlfriend is also seen at this location and her therapist is very good, but there is a receptionist on the mental health side that really shouldn’t be working here. She’s constantly talking about very uncomfortable and inappropriate things while people are waiting on their appointments and never properly checks my girlfriend in. when we walk into the building, we attempt to walk up to her to check in for our appointment and she decides to finish her conversation before asking us what we need help with after she supposedly checks us in we end up sitting in the waiting area for another 15 minutes before having to check with another receptionist and being told that we were never checked in.

I can deal with a lot since I work in healthcare. I understand things happen. However waiting for them to refill my medication after having a appointment..now going on for 4 days. Is not good continuity of care. Which is the only reason I am doing this review and giving them 1 star.

Did not follow up with me regarding my referral for PPD for two months.. I finally get a hold of someone to schedule and they tell me they don't accept private insurance (BCBS). They then told me they have no recommendations for anywhere I could be seen. I expressed this was getting to be an emergency since I had gone so long without help despite actively seeking it and was essentially told oh well. Disgraceful practice.

I've been going here for over a year, I started seeing Lisa and she was very thorough on all my problems that the doctor I had before going to Cascade over looked, she was very easy to talk to, then I started seeing Wangari and she is very thorough and is easy to talk to and explains my diagnosis to me that I can understand, the nurse's are nice and professional and very caring. The receptionist are friendly and welcoming. I've had no problems with getting my medicine or scheduling appointments, I'm happy I found them and I trust them with my healthcare 100%. Thank you Cascade Community Healthcare for your service!!

I have had positive and negative experiences at this facility. I am here to write a review about Darnice, the nurse that was so very helpful in assisting me as I sought to refill medication that I was struggling to have filled due to issues with my insurance. She was kind and patient and informative. She showed great compassion and presence. She was persistent and followed up on my case until the issues were resolved. I am so grateful that Darnice is a part of the staff at Cascade. She really made a tremendous difference during a difficult and painful moment in my life. I also appreciated the doctor that I saw, Dr. Schlegel. He was considerate, very informative and present with me.

They don’t refill meds correctly. My doctor quit and they didn’t tell me until the day of my appointment. The earliest appointment they can schedule is a month from now. I didn’t cancel the appointment . They did. They say they won’t refill meds until my appointment. How is this okay? My meds say to not quit taking them suddenly.

This mental health facility, at least in my case with the doctors they gave me, are incompetent at best. They are unable to give medications on a consistent basis and as a result ruined my thanksgiving day. According to the receptionist, they have a high turn over rate of doctors so that's saying something. Do not go to this facility, your better off driving the distance for something better.
