Physical therapy is a must after shoulder surgery and Castle Rock Physical Therapy is the place to go. First you are meet with Debbie who is very friendly and helpful with all the paperwork and scheduling for appointments. Zane explained clearly what I should expect with the physical therapy and the exercises I would and will be doing. When we began the exercises, he started out gently and careful to walk me through all the steps so as not to hurt myself.
The facility was very clean and bright. I highly recommend the Castle Rock Physical Therapy and all its facilities for the very best of care and recovery.

Castle Rock Physical Therapy is amazing! All the staff members are kind and caring as well as well educated in their field. I felt comfortable from the moment I called to inquire about setting up to restart PT after moving into the area.

When I arrived for the first appointment, I was warmly welcomed by Debbie, and knew my decision to go here for PT was the best decision I could have made.

My therapist, Lacey, was also very kind and knowledgeablein her field. She explained what she understood about my injury and asked questions to better understand my particular experience. We worked together to plan my therapy journey and I felt heard.

Castle Rock Therapy is Great! I have artritis which was further damaged by an accident, I was refered there by my orthopedic doctor and I am very happy I was. Zain, tailor fit my exercises for exactly what I needed all the people are very knowledgeable and make it a fun experience. Zain also taught me some things I can do at home to help with my recovery. If your looking for a very personalized experience in your recovery I would recommend coming here.

I absolutely love this place. Zane, Savannah, and Jonathan are all great at their job and are so easy to talk to and get along with. I got put in psychical therapy because of issues with my arms/hands and I was super nervous about going, especially as a 16 year old(now 17), but they were so welcoming, and accommodated me so I could feel comfortable getting treatment. Debbie, their desk lady, is so sweet as well. She'll make conversation with you while you're waiting for your appointment to begin if shes not on the phone.

They all care so much about you and can be so flexible with your treatment while still making sure you're doing what you need to get better.
They make an effort to make conversation and ask you about your day and how you've been doing, they say hi to you when you walk through the door. They're genuinely amazing people and I would recommend this place to anyone needing psychical therapy.

I appreciate the variety of new exercises that are introduced each week. The first visit was to establish a baseline and some basic activities to do at home. The second visit introduced activities on the PT equipment involving increased mobility. I am also pleased with the staff; their support and understanding.
