Castor Medical was very helpful getting my mobility scooter. Dawn Gill made it happen, and quickly. Melissa and Brian were great in the beginning and end of the process as well.
Once I was approved by insurance, Dawn called me, went over every detail, answered every question I had and scheduled a home delivery for the next day. I love my new scooter and am excited to live with less pain, get some parts of my life back and some mobility.

I had the pleasure of having Tara pick me up from the hospital. She arrived on time, gave me a call when she got there and was waiting by the door as I made my way to the exit. She was super friendly and very courteous. When we got to the house she made sure I was able to get inside the house okay. Highly recommend Castor if you need a ride!

The Sterling office for Castor Medical Supplies has been wonderful to work with getting the medical supplies needed. The staff is so refreshing. Every person working in the Sterling office that I’ve met is very friendly, willing to help, and will answer your questions without hesitation. Not making you feel as though you are taking up their time. Times have changed in the last several years, many people are not as friendly. However, working with the Sterling office for Castor Medical Supplies will make you feel welcome, and take care of your needs with a smile. We can all use a place like this these days.
