If I could give it negative stars I would. By far the worst clinic I've been to. Very unprofessional. I was almost given penicillin injection after I had told them I'm allergic. If I hadn't asked the medical assistant I would have been in the ER next. She then proceeded to act like she was surprised penicillin was in the syringe? Didn't she draw it up?!! She came back 20 mins later with new injections and when I asked what they were she said she couldn't show me because it was against the rules?!!! I asked for her to draw up the medicine in the room and show me the vial and she said she couldn't do that. She then got defensive and said "it's antibiotics, I give injections all the time. I know what it is. I can't show you the vial because it's against the rules" I was feeling like death with the flu and shortness of breath, it was hard to even argue back. The whole appointment took almost 3 hours! Very unnecessary because in the middle of my consult they would leave and see other patients and then come back instead of giving one patient the treatment and moving on to the next. Horrible, do not go here!!

Do not waste your time. This clinic does not provide accurate nor helpful medical services. They false advertise on the cost of their services. I went there for the weight loss program which it is set to be $85 a month; however, when you go into their clinic they also request extra tests which is extra costs. I explained that I didn’t need the extra tests, they told me that I could bring tests from my regular doctor. Today, I took my tests from Kaiser and now they want me to do the tests with them. I wish they were honest and upfront. If they want patients to do extra tests and charge more, it is okay. They should just add it to their advertisement. This would avoid all the waisted time.
Also, the requirements are very inconsistent depending on the medical practitioner. There is no policy in place to follow on what requirements they need for the WLP.

Wow! Honestly great service and super easy. Dr. Elizabeth was so kind and sweet, rare for doctors these days. Staff at front desk kind and open as well, it rushed. Honestly for the low cost it’s a great place for simple ailments.
