An outstanding company. They deliver my supplies correctly and also in a timely manner so I never run out.
All of my orders are always filled out correctly.
The customer service representatives are always polite, courteous, kind, compassionate, understanding and above all patient.

Be aware that their written communications do not align with their processes. I called to re activate my account on Tuesday. I received a text saying I would be notified when my order was ready to ship. Ok!
My doc sent in the script the next day and my order was ready to be shipped on Thursday. Was I notified? NOPE!
I kept waiting to hear something and finally called them on Monday. I was told I needed to approved shipment of my order, after agreeing I am responsible to pay my portion of the coinsurance. DUH!
And then the shipment takes 5-7 business days to arrive. Not cool. Not happy.
Sadly Medtronic shuffled me off to CCS Medical due to their distribution policies. After over 25 years of buying direct with them.

CCS Sucks! I put an order in at the end of October so I would have enough Free Style Libre 3 Plus sensors to take me thru the holidays and was called a couple of days later to tell me my order was being placed however the forgot to inform me that the percription had expired and needed updating "I could have walked a block to the doctors office to get a new perscription faxed over" I sit and wait and wait and finally recieved my order 12/27/2024 when they called to tell me they were finally shipping my oder I requested it be over nighted since it was CCS's fault for the delay they refused! I will not be using CCS and thanks to their treating me the way they did I left Humana altogather for United Health Care! When I place an order I want it in a timely manner!

My experience with CCS has always been very professional, Informative, Helpful and Friendly. Their pricing is actually cheaper than purchasing my supplies from my local pharmacy and much more convenient. They work very well with my Doctor and insurance company. My life is much less hectic since I started using CCS 3 years ago. I highly recommend utilizing CCS if you would like to make your life simpler with your medical needs that they supply

They are so helpful and knowledgeable about there products. They respond and handle issues immediately. They even helped me with a possible scam. I was contacted by someone offering me a diabetic devise supposedly upgrading the Dexcom7. I contacted CCS Medical and inquired if they were aware of this new device. They assured me I had the latest and most efficient device. I told the person calling that I would call them back. Thank goodness I had the sense to contact CCS Medical and inquire. Thank you CCS Medical for being a company that I can trust and rely on

CCS Medical has always been here for me and my Diabetes. I require a lot of equipment. I can be a pain at times. I always get my supplies in a timely fashion. The customer service representatives and other members are very helpful. They have much more than Diabetes products. Contact them for your supplies

They can never get an order correct. Then they hang up on you because they don’t want to deal with the problem. I would not recommend them if you have an alternative
