Have been a patient for 3-4 years now and recently just been unimpressed with the service or lack there of. My provider left so knowing this and knowing my prescription refills require a 3 month check up I called to schedule. Was told they can’t refill any prescriptions until I’m seen and that’s about 1 month out. Instead of saying we are sorry for the inconvenience or hey we will try so you don’t have to go without meds, they said well you can always just follow your provider if you don’t like it and even gave me his new clinic. Wow talk about not caring about whether I stay or go. I’d say given how rude and agitated the staff has seemed in the past 6 months yes not the first time. I didn’t plan on changing but now am and it’s definitely staff related.

I have been a patient with this practice for 5+ years. In the last 6 months, this place has gone down hill. My provider left and I was lied to about it when I asked about it.....there was an issue at the pharmacy with my refill and was told the provider was not liscensed anymore. So I called cda primary and they assured me it's just a clerical error and that my provider was not going to be changing. 30 days later I am told he's no longer with their practice and has gone private and new practice doesn't accept my insurance. I felt forced into accepting Patty Woods as my new provider and was informed my daily medication wouldn't be refilled until I met with her. It was time for my monthly refill, which typically i would call in to clinic and request it to be phoned to pharmacy and i pick up within a few days.but instead I was told I had to meet with new provider first. I met with her a week later and she gas lit me the entire appointment and refused to listen to my concerns. Told me, she wouldn't prescribe a medication I have been reliant upon for over a year to treat symptoms of chronic disabling pain. Told me the "board of pharmacy says providers needs to treat the disease and not the symptom". I asked her if she had a cure or treatment plan to stop my disease because at my last check there is no cure for my condition..then proceed to give me a bunch if legal jargon that does not apply. She didn't even want to discuss the reason I was there initially for. Which was to get one if my medications refilled, medication "A" ,instead she was obsessed with medication "B" and discussing that. (Which I had said I already had refilled and picked up but needed "A" to be sent in)..I left with the understanding my med "A" would be refilled. But they were not refilled and now I expect I'll have to wait for my next appointment in 30 days.
This woman is holding my livelihood over my head and denying me medication that affects my daily life condition and mental health. She will lie and manipulate your words, put words into your mouth and tell you you said something you did not. I'm having a hard time trusting that Partty will be an honest provider and I fear my health is going to decline in her care. There was no compassion or empathy shown and she was determined to show her power and dominance by withholding.
If she is your new provider bring a 3rd party advocate with you. She will try running you in circles otherwise.

Patty Woods is the most phenomenal health care provider. Spends time listening to my needs, is responsive, compassionate. When my medication needed to be adjusted she called me back right away, we discussed options. I am recommending her to my friends and family. Recently I had a cancer scare, she put my mind at ease explaining what the lab results meant. Thank you Patty!!!!

I love CDA Primary office, staff, and especially Christy! I always get an appointment and Christy has been the ONLY doctor who will sit and listen to me. She kind, helpful, thoughtful, wants the best for you and again listens to you- no matter how chatty or confusing your words might be. I really can't say enough great things about her.

Mark is wonderful. I just established care with him today and left feeling truly heard and supported, something I didn't feel with my previous Drs. He's kind, knowledgeable, sympathetic, and he really listens to the patient and works with them. He takes his time with you and he also has a friendly persona that puts you at ease. Truly a great physician that I would whole heartedly recommend.

Absolutely love Mark. He LISTENS. If you ask for a lab or a test, he will do it for you (within reason, of course). He doesn't gaslight you. He's kind. I will continue to recommend him. He was so good to my mom, who sadly passed away, when so many providers were unkind and dismissive to her. My sister and I saw his compassion and switched our primary care to him and couldn't be happier.

Mark is the best doctor I have ever had. I went here because I was tired if being just another number and not really being heard. I wanted the right paths not the generic and easy ones. I have always felt safe and taken care of here. I know that he is there anytime even if it is just a phone call to calm my fear. I am currently going through a cancer diagnosis and he has been so kind and helpful through it all. I highly recommend him as anyones primary at any stage of life. Very professional as well as taking good care of his patients

We recently switched to cda primary after our other dr could never get us in. We were put with NP patty woods. Our first visit was 3 well child's( all young boys) The office made me feel very welcomed. The guy assistant that greeted us seemed to have lots of experience with kids and handled each of the boys with ease. Joking, and patient with all of them. When Patty came in she heard all of my concerns and gave us plenty of time and attention for each kid. She was natural minded and suggested some vitamins to try instead of medication pushing. ( which have been working wonders!) she never made me feel guilty about our vaccine choice. And I felt supported as a mother.
I came back the next week with my daughter and myself. She talked my curious daughter through the whole exam and the MA let my daughter “be the dr” while checking my vitals.
They were incredibly family friendly.
I’m grateful we found someone I can bring the whole family to. Thank you
