It was very hard to find a location to do infant Covid vaccines and I’m very glad I found the Pilsen south clinic. Went in for infant (over 6 months) covid shots. Nurse Alyssa was so helpful and answered all of my questions regarding my child. Also her bedside manner was fantastic she is a PRO with children vaccines.

I was just trying to get WIC for my newborn daughter and as I was applying a lady (not sure her name) told me she was doing a transfer. I kept asking her what does a transfer mean (because I had no idea my mother had me on a case) she got really disrespectful and “told me she didn’t have time for me today”.

No point making appointments. Have to wait 3 hours or more. Front lady type information so slow and she is rude.
