Adrienne at Center 4 Self Care is so amazing! I’ve had other massage therapists but she is so much more than that. She truly is a master of her craft. She is so well educated and the human body and can help anyone from old to young to active to inactive or healthy or not so healthy! I will never get a massage from anyone else.

From the moment you walk in the door you can sense the peaceful nature of the facility. Having options like massage, reiki and cranial sacral in one location is fantastic. Have had massages with Adrienne Asta and Trish Nichols that always leave me and my husband wanting another one. I appreciate that Adrienne has worked with me and my chiropractor to help me with my health and wellness journey. The space they have available to rent is perfect for small groups.

I want to recommend the Pain Potion at Center 4 Self-Care!! It's the best pain lotion I ever used!! It works where I've had pain without any idea if I would get relief--and it always helped more than I expected. Pain on my ribs from a pressure injury, joint pain, neck pain, muscle pain--I've never had as much success in relieving pain. Great product!
