After being referred by my GP to another local vein specialist I realized at the consultation we were not a good fit and I did not hire them to treat me. I was then referred to Dr. Aikens and his office….night and day difference. From check in to check out it was a light hearted experience. Jen, Sydney, the NP and doctor Aikens were knowledgeable and explained everything to me in simple terms. They valued my questions and concerns while answering and bringing ease to me during the ultrasound and consult. The office is busy and definitely not as esthetically appealing as the previous office I interviewed/consulted, yet I will take a little hectic happy chaos over the other experience. Shout out to the smiling long haired happy receptionist as well, her computer went down and she kept smiling and making things happen for us patients and kept that front area and waiting room flowing quickly and efficiently.

My mother (99) is the Patient & she's finally happy seeing a doctor again for her circulation & swelling issues. We went to Dr Lawhorne @ St Francis for years until he retired. Went to someone else for about 8 yrs but wasn't happy at all. Totally satisfied with Dr. Aiken & his entire staff. Friendly, courteous & thoroughly explain what's needed.

The staff was very helpful in explaining what was happening and what was happening next. They had visual that was use that help me understand what was happening with my legs and the proper treatment plan. Dr Aiden’s is so down to earth and make you feel like you are the only patient in the building. I would highly recommend this place
