It’s SO bad
The “NP” says “are you going to throw a fit or listen to me!” Like I’m not stupid don’t talk to me like a child
The RNs are great but lord forbid that the drs or more directly the NP’s don’t listen and guess on everything! This is why people don’t go!

My appointment was scheduled for 1 pm. I got there 5 minutes early. I still waited 30 minutes before I decided to leave. They had a inmate in hand cuffs and 2 security officers blocking the door. Ugh! They need not to schedule 6 people's appointment at the same time...very disappointed not the first time I waited this long.

I would like to extend my deepest thanks and heartfelt gratitude to the Staff at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center Wound Care Center. Dads hand was getting worse and my concern was growing to get it healed... I needed help, the closer the better and asap. I was VERY frustrated as it had been over two weeks since his injury and treatment elsewhere with it continuing to worsen. I called AOMC Wound Care myself, no referral necessary. I first spoke with Ada, she was so understanding and sympathetic and got Dad an appointment in just a couple days (it was friday). The people there were awesome and I’m happy to say Dad is fully healed!!!! Thank you all SO very much!!! Special thanks to Ada for being so personable. She made Dad feel so comfortable, I may need to take him there just to say hello. 😊

Absolutely ridiculous. We regularly waited 45 minutes PAST our appointment times for something that could easily be done at home. Not to mention a rude staff.

I look forward to coming to the wound center every week. Ada cleans my feet and puts lotion on my feet and if she’s unavailable she has the other nurses do it.
