The yoga classes at Centerville Yoga are wonderful! I've been going for over a year now, and especially enjoy Anna's class on Thursday mornings, and Bettina's Sound Bath Healing class that is offered once a month.I always come out relaxed and de-stressed. And summer yoga on the beach is the best! Karen Black, the owner, is lovely and is always at the front desk with a welcoming smile.

Wonderful Place!! & not a bad price for Cape Cod. For me, yoga classes at the Wellness Center are a warming and transforming experience that teach me to incorporate the practices of yoga beyond the physical moves and into my life. They have a very friendly staff who strive to be apart of the cape community, inviting everyone (not just experienced Yogis) to their center. Been coming here for years.

Went in for a "free trial class", which felt o.k for a first timer, however after my wife and I told the instructor that we wanted to go home and talk before we signed up, he suddenly turned into a very pushable sales guy and somehow we came out of there with almost a $2,000 membership contract for both my wife and I.

Classes were o.k, but weren't worth the $, specially since I saw no improvement on my anxiety and stress levels...never came back again
