The PT and OT were both excellent- really knowledgeable and helpful. However, the scheduling system needs improvement. Calling the night before and leaving a message stating the time of the next days appointment makes rescheduling difficult. But on the whole, CenterWell provided excellent therapy.

I am blessed to have had the services of my in home PT. Matt is a very tall man in comparison to my attic apartment yet warm, personable, down to earth, happy kinda guy.
Both professional and a natural humanitarian and his TX exercises, agenda and willingness to work with my needs...
My physical self, gate and pain all exceeded my expectations of care after Fairview commons rehabilitation.
Thumbs up and walking. Make it up and down to and from a 3rd floor, get through town, take buses from here to BMC appointments.

I submitted a survey a week or so back but I would like to say that you have a big opportunity for improvement if you get your scheduling fixed. Calling the night before and telling you that a visit is planned the next day is not respectful of my time. I have on a couple of occasions cancelled my friend’s visit due to the night before scheduling .
My live in partner is a community nurse and he schedules his next visit with his client during the current visit.
Internal communication is another opportunity for improvement, the last example was calling the office on Wednesday to tell you that I was no longer home bound. On Thursday the nurse came for a visit, she was not informed by the office of my conversation that I was no longer home bound, she was not sure if she should continue with the visit or not. I would like to add that this nurse has always been respectful and treated me with the upmost professionalism.
