Called here as a potentially new patient, immediately placed on hold a solid 5 minutes, hung up and called back to a different representative and nicely explained being placed on a longer than expected hold time, her nonchalant tone told me all I needed to know about NOT BEING A NEW PATIENT HERE. Customer service is very important to me even before the care I would receive. I wouldn’t have minded if I was told we are super busy can I get a name and number and call back but instead was asked “What do you need” and non apologetic did it for me.

Save yourself time and find somewhere else to go! Dr. Ibrahim and dr. Irfan and nurse practitioner Kellie will be the reason someone is in bad health! They only want the insurance money! They don’t care about you at all. I have givin this practice and these people too many chance and the mess up everytime! I need a lawyer asap that’s how bad it is!!!

There are a lot of primary care doctors one can see, but the doctors at this central Alabama primary care do what is best for their patients and that is taking very good care of every patient who walks into their clinic. They both are very upstanding gentlemen who are always trying to improve the lives of their patients. I got too sick after I came back from an overseas trip, but Dr Irfan worked tirelessly at his hospital to help me get better. I'm very thankful for the critical care I received from him and his staff! They have excellent referrals for any patient who needs to see any specialized doctors. Go see them for any health issues that may be bothering you. You would be glad that you did!

Dr. Irfan is horrible! I wouldn’t recommend his service to anyone that really cares about their health. I had the same symptoms for a year and they never ran any test to figure out what was going on with me.

I really wanted and needed a regular doctor but these people have such a lack of concern for patients is sad for people that need help. Gave it three tries before I gave up!!

This place is awful. The receptionists are rude and uneffecient. I called to schedule an appointment, and they asked me for my insurance . I was sick and had to wait one month for the appointment. On the day of my appointment, they asked me for my insurance card and told me they accepted Blue Cross, but they didn't accept the type of Blue Cross I have. Why did they wait until that day to verify correctly my insurance. I wasted my time and left without seeing a doctor. Please be aware because they simply don't care.

My best ever experience visiting medical clinics. Both Dr. Irfan and Dr. Ibrahim were very professional and caring. They both took their time. I needed my MRI done ASAP and Dr. Irfan personally called and scheduled an immediate MRI with the hospital. I feel like 5 stars are not enough!!

Dr. Ifar is one of the best doctors I have ever visited. The attention and cafe he gave to me as a patient was more than I could have asked for from a doctor. He answered all my questions about my health concerns taking his time to make sure I understand everything. I highly recommend anyone to visit him for any health issues that you might have.
