People at the front desk are extremely rude. Find another place to get your treatment or assessments. I submitted a complaint for the rudeness and unprofessional that Melissa Plocharczuk & Tiffany Davis displayed on September 13th. Melissa Plocharczuk is the front desk worker who definitely has an pessimistic attitude towards the public. Tiffany Davis is a assessment therapist who unfortunately misinformed me several times on the process of requesting my own assessment/evaluation. I found my experience extremely distasteful and I suggest that if anyone else have experienced this, that we submit an complaint against these behaviors. Especially for Melissa Plocharczuk!

I was told to come down there pay $150 and then it was prorated after that. After the session ended I was told that my son needed to prove his income or lack thereof. I asked how am I supposed to prove that my son doesn't have an income. I was told to go to the food stamp office and apply and they would be able to show his income on a statement. My son is 19 years old and until he's 22 if he lives in your household the parents have to show their income. It was a waste of mine and my son's time and the mental health facility admitted their mistake in sending us down there but no one offered our money back so that's $150 that I might as well thrown out the car window

I found this system full of problems.
OVER medication to a zombie like reaction.
Councilors, in my opinion, seemed inexperienced and out of their depth.
Our family experienced far more harm than good.
We began to thrive when we left and went to Christ Health....

Psychiatric services including a pediatric psychiatrist for children under the age of 18 as well as adult psychiatric services. Counseling services are provide in individual and group settings as determined by intake assessment and the client treatment plan. Case management services for non-mental health needs is provided as needed.

CSMH accepts medicaid, private insurance and private pay with sliding scale payment schedules based on income.

my stepson was seeing both a therapist and psychiatrist he was supposed to be in pediatric therapy. but his therapist decided without talking to anyone to move him to family therapy which made it where he was never allowed to go back alone. he was being abused by his mothers family and was never allowed to tell the therapist it was happening because she always told him his mom had to be back with him. the person was supposed to help and instead she hurt and betrayed his trust

This place is run by nothing but clowns. The people at the front desk are insanely rude. They will tell you when your appointment is, you'll show up and they will have no idea what you're talking about. This has happened multiple times and they always say they'll call you to get it straightened out and they never call. If you're wanting to get some mental help, I would avoid this place at all cost.

This place is a joke. They can’t keep help, the physicians assistant can’t do her job right which has caused me to be without meds for a month and a half. And the new script she wrote she won’t call the pharmacy back to fix it so now I’m at risk of losing my meds again.

The service if you are receiving any sucks. The doctor has nerve to run late knowing he don't have another appointment for three months. U go in and are asked how things are going and given an rx and sent on your way. Uneducated staff asking repetitive questions
