The guys at Central Alabama X-Ray always take care of our equipment needs. As a high-volume chiropractic clinic, we put a-lot of wear and tear on our equipment. When I call with a need, they always have us back up and running within 48 hours, many times they are able to fix it the same day! They just got us set up with a new X-Ray machine. They were able to guide us through the buying process to make sure we got the best machine for our needs. They also acted quickly to make sure we got the machine ordered before the prices were set to increase with the supplier. When it came time for the install, they were at our office working after everyone else had gone home to ensure that we had as little downtime as possible. They always go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. They are always fair and reasonable with their prices for equipment and repairs.

Any time we call them they are always willing to help us asap. There has been MANY occasions where we called them middle of the afternoon and they would be here first thing the next morning. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to do whatever they can to help and offer us the best deal. I don't know how far they travel but we are almost 3 hours away and I would highly recommend them for not only anything x-ray but also all equipment repair. They have helped us with x-ray equipment but they are the only people we call when we have any of our equipment go down.
