I was 2 minutes late. 2 minutes. They rarely answer the phone. It goes to voice-mail. Leaving a message does not help. They don't even call you back. My last appointment, the OBGYN, was rude af. Is it a coincidence? They turned me away after 2 mins. And if you want to know why. ..my baby was falling asleep. But I guess they don't understand that single parent life is a struggle. I'm glad some of you guys can give them a 5 star.

I definitely recommend this clinic. First time and wish I knew about them for my other pregnancies. The staff is amazing. Starting in the front and all the way to the back. Yadira such a wonderful helpful girl. She was there for me more as a friend than a counselor when I was in need. Overall, the whole staff made me feel very comfortable and loved. I learned to see the girls more as friends than nurses. Specially Miss Daisy. Such a happy girl always greeting with a huge smile. And not to mention my awesome doctor! Dr. Chaudhry...he made my delivery go so smooth and was so helpful and supportive assisting with such calm attitude. Leaving Kaiser and coming here was the best decision 😊

The best staff I ever had . At the clinic they are helpful and caring, they welcome me and my kids with respect and courtesy , Susana Vazquez is a great provider that always listents and supports our health concerns, Rosa front desk receptionist, she always supports me 🙂 thank you Rosita; overall great nurses :)) Ahmed the specialist who was there to help me deliver my baby, he is the best Doctor I ever had, this is my 7th born child and he was the first Dr I had for many years, such a caring and loving person, a Doctor who was waiting for me when I arrived to the hospital and a Dr. who remain present throughout my whole hours of delivery. Thank you Central City Community Health Center for your services! your are a great team that makes me feel like home! I definitely recommend this clinic to other clients. I have 7 children plus me 🙂 and the staff make us be in love with the place for how they support the family :))

It was my first time going and worst experience ever. I was coming here for a gynecologist and I don’t even know what the doctor was even talking about. It had nothing to do what I was going in for. She didn’t even sit and listen to my situation. She was done with me in 5 minutes and went ahead to the next patient. She needs to improve and hear her patients.

I have to say this clinic is one of the best ones I've come across, the staff is GREAT!... they take care of you.
You don't have to wait 1-2 hours to get called. I will definitely come back here if I need to.
