I experienced extremely rude customer service at the front desk. After confirming with my insurance provider that the doctor’s office was in-network, I called to schedule an appointment. The person who answered repeatedly interrupted me by asking, ‘What insurance do you have?’ in a dismissive tone. Despite my attempts to explain, she continued to talk over me. Frustrated and unable to communicate effectively, I ended the call. This level of disrespect and lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

Been going here for almost 3 years now. Very kind and helpful staff. Everyone is bilingual in English and Polish. Also Dr Mejer specializes in nutrition and will first opt for lifestyle changes+supplements over a bunch of medication right away to help with your health needs and goals. Love going here.

Place is a little old but Doctor seems to understand kids just fine and knows what he is doing. They however discontinued Insurance plan so we had to look for a different PCP.
