My doc Geoff Hall....the best..he is familiar with faces n answers questions i had. Gives his feedback n encourages and advise you each step of the way.
His staff are very friendly n professional.
Front desk staff are great..
Latrese is very helpful...polite
No problem with pharmacy.
Dr. Hall can say he writing my prescription now. They are usually ready at the pharmacy. Staff is great 👍

The staff at this location are amazing. I am a jokester for sure 100%. When I come in there's always tons of laughter and it makes the process so much easier. To the point. Even the staff asked me to "hang out" lol 😆 we shall be doing that.

All my appointments have been faulty quick and easy. Not much waiting around , either I've been lucky or they are on point. Either way, I don't mind being seen by a doctor now and I have them to thank for that

It would had been nice to meet the doctor and receive the recommendations from him directly. Only a nurse talked to me (very nice though). Hope to have better luck on my next appointment.

ARNP Geoffrey Hall is one of the most underrated Physicians I’ve ran across. My biggest compliment of him is. He listen to your needs and concerns. And unlike other PCP he don’t assume he can feel what you’re feeling. But he rather allow himself to understand the situation before making an interpretation of whatever the concern may be. Unless he retires, he’ll be my PCP until the good Lord calls me home.

I post awhile ago like June 2024 I didn't see the post so I'm going to repost this review no she didn't tell me to I just have to let people know she is the real deal. For years I been going to doctors and I felt like a test subject because it's was always try this try that not getting to the problem so I stop going to doctors and tried to help myself long story short I gotten bad so I had no choice to get a doctor and Dr. Toi is amazing. She helped me and in many ways with my health I was 323lbs when I came to here asthma diabetic type 2 A1C 12.4 hernia etc when I tell I'm down 290lbs A1C is a 7 hernia was removed in a month when other doctor said I need to lose weight etc not helping me in the process. I felt she was very concerned about my health even to my food seasoning, changing my bad habits and just motivation. She speaks life and reassurance to you, letting you know you can do it. Yes, it's going to be hard, but I got it, so thank you, Dr. Toi, you are a blessing to me in so many ways.

I wish I could give zero stars. Doctors great, customer service the worst not to mention that call center. When central Florida Healthcare was smaller years ago services were better. Now I saw the Dr. In December I am to get a referral and here we are in February and I am being given the runaround. Guess the more money they make the worst the service.
