Very rude front desk lady! I drove about 2 hours to this office for my daughter’s appointment just to find out that they didn’t take my insurance even tho my insurance approved the visit. When I find this out this from the lady in the front she had no empathy what so ever and scowled and rolled her eyes checking more information for me like how did they not know before about them nor taking my insurance and she swore up and now that she doesn’t know anything and
that it was our faults. I told her I was frustrated and I didn’t even get an “I’m sorry on our behalf” I just a got a passive aggressive tone through the whole interaction. Please when you hire secretaries in the future do some empathy training before having them represent your whole office.

I've been going to CMD for several years now. They have always been very professional and attentive. I've never had to wait long in the waiting room and the office staff is excellent. Last but not least, Katherine Swanson is excellent! She recently did a micro needling procedure with PRP. My skin feels and looks awesome. I was asked by someone the other day that they couldn't believe my age. Thank you, Katherine and have a lovely holiday!

Very professional, small office. Always friendly and accommodating. They actually get you in quickly if you need to be seen (not common in today’s medical world). Would highly recommend.

My first time visit as a new patient and I was highly impressed with the doctor and his assistant. Very professional, very organized, and very informative. As far as being seen timewise, excellent! I waited maybe 7 minutes in the waiting room, and was seen pretty much right away in the exam room. I highly recommend Central Mass Dermatology to anyone who is very concerned about their skin.

I have been going to Kathy Swanson for years for all my cosmetic needs as well as skin assessments and she has been excellent!! The staff are always friendly and accommodating , feels like family there. As far as my results, I have never been disappointed and if i felt i needed something added Kathy goes out of her way to get me in asap. I have always been very satisfied with the price as well as the results of the procedures i’ve had done there, She is one of the best around and i refer all my patients to her as well. Check this place out , you will not be disappointed !!!
