I had the chance to tour the Central Massachusetts Ambulatory Endoscopy Center, and let me tell you—this visit started with a laugh. I accidentally tried to enter through the Discharge door (oops!), but once I found my way to the main entrance, I was immediately impressed.

The foyer is stunning, designed to resemble a lush Japanese garden. It even features a bamboo bridge over a small water feature that winds through the space. The tranquil, inviting vibe carries right into the facility itself. As I toured the center with the Center Director, I noticed how focused they are on creating a comfortable, patient-centered experience. From neatly made beds to state-of-the-art procedure rooms, everything was thoughtfully designed.

This was my 3rd or fourth time seeing Dr,Song and all the very nice People who work there. I was treated extremely nice by everyone I came into contact with. Everything was explained before hand and my concerns were put to rest by the anesthesiologist who was extremely knowledgeable about everything I had asked him about. I felt like I was in the perfect hands of complete Professionals and felt comfortable with everyone. Very Pleased.

Very comfortable experience all the nursing staff were very friendly and excellent at what they do and Dr Songs assistant who handled the anesthesia was very good at what she does as well she made feel at ease. Hopefully in three years it will be the same when I retur. thanks again to the entire staff.

The day of the procedure and the procedure itself was professional and as pleasant as it could be. Staff is thorough and very pleasant.
The only part which is never easy is the prep. The particular solution of their choice choice is almost uninjestable and I am usually pretty tolerate
Overall as good an experience as it could be.

My experience here was amazing! Having been my first time at this facility, along with my first endoscopy, I was a bit nervous. However, from beginning to end I was made to feel comfortable and at ease about the entire process. The staff was both professional and kind before, during, and after my procedure.

My experience was great. However, because my appointment was changed at the last minute from 2:00PM to 12:00PM I did not have enough time to finish drinking all the colon cleansing drink. Therefore, the doctor was not able to fully examine my colon and now I have to return for another follow up.

All the staff who took care of me were so Professional, caring and kindness. They explained pretty well the procedure I was having. I want to thanks all of them. I was scared, but from the time I get there to the time I letf. They make feel confident and comfortable. Highly recommend. 🙂

This is the 3rd procedure I've had here and I wasn't even nervous. The staff and doctors are amazing. Very patient, friendly and helpful knowing most folks are nervous. Can't say enough good things top to bottom.
