Not a great place to deal with if you have an emergency need. It takes these people a long time to respond (except when there is money to be made ... like signing up a new account). Their technicians, although nice people, are not really well verses on troubleshooting. They basically have their detailed instructions and follow the script. If something doesn't work, you're out of luck. Their equipment of not very well tested before it arrives to you and, of course, everything is used (not new).
I think there are better providers out there

Delivery guys were nice. But overall the equipment was all used ,we were not notified that the portable potty,and wheelchair was used. We would not have taken it. Weird coincidence as soon as we accepted the items from them the next day my dad fell really ill and his health went down the hill. And a week later he passed away. I don't think they sanitize the items well. I think there was something, like bacteria, because as soon as he started using it,he felt ill.i don't recommend getting equipment from there ,it's all used and badly sanitized. And takes a long time to receive ,they give you one time frame and come on a different time.and pickup was a pain in the butt.

I was at line in Chipotle! There was as a guy ordering a food at front of me, speaking withs someone on speaker. Ignoring staff working there. Took him literally 10 min to order and he was so rude to them. It you asking what is that have to do with your company, actually a lot. He was wearing your uniform and driving your company van. He represent company at and out of work. If you have peopel like this doong your business it is not suprise whybyour rating is 3.6

Worst company ever. Nothing but problems with them. When my mother died nurse said to me when u ready call them to send bed etc back. OK finally I got some sleep door bell rang it was that piece of s.... company like ghouls with no compassion my mother just died I thru them out. I call Sarah at holy name hospice put a complaint in of course nothing happen. I won't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Three full days after my father's passing in hospice at our home, we are still waiting for this company to pick up the bed and supplies. We were told from multiple dispatchers that this equipment would be picked up nearly immediately. Despite numerous calls, they have continued to feed lies that we are "first on the list" or "next in line". This is an incredibly difficult time that should be focused on family and yet we are dealing with this mess and constantly having to view reminders of my father's last moments.

The 2 young men who delivered a bed and oxygen tank to my dying friend today, the hottest day of 2016 so far, were incredibly kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. They explained everything and put my friend, her carer and this reviewer at ease at one of life's most difficult times. I cannot praise them highly enough for their stellar work and compassionate attitude.

Best Company I've ever dealt with. Rhonda and Joe went way above and beyond the call of duty and helped me greatly in my time of need. I only wish there were more people like them in this world. Beautiful people is an understatement. I will never forget their kindness.

Now look into it! a young boy, “karon “ took time out of his busy day of deliveries to help me bring in groceries to my grandmother in her facility . He deserves a gold star! Very caring & compassionate young boy!
